I'm aware anyone can post. That isn't my issue. My issue is with the THEMES. Apparenlty no one really read my comment, hence why there are 4 bad ratings on it. Pathetic. I'm just sick of youtube using weekly themes for its top videos. The top videos should be reserved for those that get the most viewings, which youtube isn't doing.
