As of yet, no. The ambulance(s) will be released along with the SAR mod, which will not be released for quite a long while.

One other thing about 842 is that, it does not have the reflective stripes on the back of the box.

Rescue 842 is not a paramedic ambulance its an 800 meaning that it is a EMT ambulance other known as the BLS basic life support the ALS ambulance does not have an 8 in front of the station number and LAX does not have a FD LAFD operates it
