Its a perk called bloody mess, you do 5% more damage, and everytime you kill them by a limp, it will explode, and if you cripple,critical strike kill someones body they will explode :)

I have just completed this game took me 43 hours and only finished at lvl 16 that was my rough play through im now going start a new game and play it through intensely, and do every quest and get every unique item and award i love it but for some younger people they cant out their mind to it and there Chav mode breaks out and they dont understand the game and cant play it because they are too stupid

its a perk in the game called bloody mess, it kills people in brutal ways, therefore his legs came off. The game is good if you like taking your time and really interacting with the environment around you.

It's called the bloody mess perk.

You get it at about level 10, it gives you %5 strenght bonus for every weapon and makes rips your enemys in a gut-ritten blood spewed mess.

Which means any body part you hit, if its a critical strike other limbs may explode in the process. Its fun :D

the only thing I don't like in this game is the graphics. Since the game is so new i expected better graphics. like when ur in 1st person mode and uses the assault rifle or the chinese assault rifle, the graphics and the details on those weapons are bad. Watch counter strike source from 2004, in that game the weapons have awesome graphivs but not in fo3. other than that this is a really good,awesome and funny game

yeah i am playing this game on pc too. i have the highest graphic settings but i still don't thinks this game has good graphics for a 08 game.hl2,css they are both from 04 but still better graphics than FA3: just look at the weapons and the details on the characters glove in first person in css and compare that to the glove and the weapons in 1st person in Fa3. Yea totally! If you want mind numbing repetitive violence with a shitty storyline. Look, Fallout 3 is as unique as they come. You say an "unbiased" opinion, no matter what you think is unbiased. If you say either one is better in any way,shape, or form. Then it's biased. Personally Fallout 3 has better graphics,game play, storyline, and the customize factor makes this game one of a kind and an instant classic. Thats total crap, ive beaten gw2, it wasnt better than fallout, not by a longshot. And i'm less biased because I usually never play games--anymore that is. Plus, you're comparing two different genres. Fallout's more involved. Gw2 looks cool and has the same premise as halo, and needs apps other than the story to make it fun. However, fallout is more fun to play, and can be played for hours without realizing it. This game is serious. Gw3 may be better than two--we will have to see.
