what disguise do you use, is it a team one? The snipers on the battlements always get me when attempting to get leap stabs off of the battlements.

I usually use the friendly Sniper disguise.

Most 2Fort Snipers are horrible, so the only time I really get sniped is when going off the battlements for the stab.

Disguising as a friendly Sniper can also help your real Snipers by putting some extra pressure on the enemy ones, since they'll think you're a real one, and so a threat.

No, he can only record in 3rd person, unless he is the server operator(owner) (which I doubt :P).

thirdperson is a console command that puts the demo into 3rd person perspective, but it's considered a cheat, so sv_cheats needs to be set to 1. You can do that for playing back demos, since you are in control, but not on other servers you dont own.

Finally, someone who actually gives 2fort a try to spy on. It's not easy. Especially on 32 slot servers, but it can be pulled off. And there are so many ways to mess with engies if you give it a try!
