why do people talk about tornadoes when they know nothing? A waterspout doesn't have to be "strong" to hit land, its just its path. A waterspout it still a tornado, not, as so many videos say, a "mini tornado," they are usually weaker but they can kill, and do. this is a pretty big waterspout.

a waterspout can turn into a tornado. yes, it can be strong enough to move from the water to land where it officially becomes a tornado. it's happened before. try searching 'waterspout becomes tornado'

Its not water sprouts darling lol(no hard feelings)..its water spout..its a weak tornado..most of the time its not harmful and by the time it reaches land it becomes weak and dies off...but even water spouts can be dangerous at times tho its rare. So either way we still need to beware of natural disasters.
