  • Tough to say it does or doesn't exist. Although the marianas trench is clearly uninhabitable for such a creature. The temperature, the pressure, the lack of large prey, it just doesn't add up. I do like to think it's out there though.

  • yes i still believe it still exis

  • fuck yes it exist

  • I cant see the words clearly...and the pics too.

  • 1:50 is fake :$

  • there is a movie called "megalodon"

  • 1 word; FAKE!

  • @xMaauroo no it lived 5 million yrs ago

  • @slinkiwaffel ooh oke fcking big!!

  • Only the Chuck Norris can stop this strange creature.:D

what would be the name of the movie 300 if the Chuck Norris was in it.THE ONE.

  • I love the word "supposively"

  • i reckon it might be there somewhere i hope they can find real footage

  • only he can stop the overlords Cthulhu! Kill him

  • The lochness lake had a world war 2 fighter plane pulled out of it recently and they put it to a battery and majority of the electronics worked, so they tested the water and found a high concerntration of a certain mineral that seemed to preserve things, fish in there are still partly jurassic so what if this certain mineral was also in that trench and ha kept this megalodon alive?

  • I think it's possible but the chances seem to be getting slimmer as there haven't been any reported sitings of a shark of this size. Then again, a shark this big could easily eat a boat without thinking twice....

  • they have a shark bigger that was in the oceans 3 million years ago called the shamonso you can see the videos of it on the site blue waffle

  • yes i still think it exists

  • "only one chomp would sever your body" Are you fucking kidding me. That thing can swallow us whole. We're tic tacs to that thing.

  • i have 9" tooth from it

  • could be the loch ness monster

  • Although it's not easy to tell what really lives down at the Mariana Trench, I think it's quite unlikely that a shark of this size, a predator and carnivore would survive merely on other organism that eat the waste and corpses of other fish. It may have evolved to not be dependent on oxygen anymore (remember this is waaay beyond the point of photosynthesis), but modern sharks don't go below 10,000 ft.

  • @smaakaker modern sharks don't go under 10,000 that we know of. remember there are a lot of things about sharks we don't know about, but i do agree with you about the food source in the trench.

  • the video is so blurry. but anyway, the ocean is TOOOO big to tell. almost impossible to know if it still exists.

  • so this is bigger than the whale shark??

  • That camera has to be older than Jesus!

  • woudnt want to be dat guy at 2:05

  • uhh there is a movie about megalodon megalodon vs giant octopus

  • @austintbrew01 That sounds awesome (also Jaws is one).

  • Comment removed

  • if they were alive we would have seen it couse sharks doesent live that deep down under the sea(.)

  • @MrVestido It's possible, there isn't that much information on them and they have found sharks that are used to immense pressure, so its not to be ruled out.

  • O_o scarry shit

  • How you do that thing in the beginning? with the words please tell

  • it is real!

  • thank god its extinct now.

  • it would be cool if it did still exist :D but we just got to wait to see

  • it's funny how the music fits doesn't fit with the vid

  • Nobody knows what monstrous creatures live underwater, because humans have only explored maybe about 2% of all sea and lakes. Maybe someday we will find them. Be hopeful :D

  • they are extinct and have been for a long time.

  • It would have to evolve a fucking lot to survive down there

  • 1:45... that would SUCK!!!!

  • dude, no shark is gonna be living down in the mariana trench. Unless it is drastically different from "common" sharks, which it really isn't aside from it's size, there's no way a shark could handle the water pressure. I'm not saying Megalodons are completely extinct, the ocean is vast, Megalodons could easily be chilling somewhere in the Gulf of Mexico and nobody may have noticed.

  • If megalodon still existed whales would have been found with scars from them and in some cases have broken teeth imbedded in there skins. This has never been observed reducing the likelyhood of megalodon existing to just about nil. It is as likely as coming across a T-Rex.

  • hey! BAD QUALITY!

  • what's the song?

  • this is just computer graphics

  • @thejohnibrahum1

    NOPE ITS REAL

  • eat it before it eats you

  • Poor quality, poor content...

  • i think it is extinct , if it wasn't we would've seen it in the exploration into the trench.

jaws was just a movie, it gave sharks a BAD rep.

  • I really don't think it is alive right now,but I do think it died about 120 years ago. By the way Jaws doesn't have anything to do with this.Jaws was just a shark abuse that had an animated shark that was inspired by scary shark attacks.

  • at 1:51

  • Theres a film called shark and mega squid or something its garbage though lol.

  • i held a meg tooth. IT WAS HUGE!

  • I think if this creature was still alive it would be found in regular waters, not in a trench and it would be feeding on the gigantic whales we have in the ocean. I'm starting to think that JAWS isn't such a far off concept for a movie anymore.

  • it's bite would be far worse than a guillitine!!!!

  • there should be a movie about this

  • Actually, I think there is. Is there any research on what kind of shark "Jaws" was? I've never seen the movie but he's a big shark.

  • im pretty sure its a great white in jaws

  • Hmmm... Well maybe they should make a movie of the megalodon. Maybe it'll be Jaws IX far in the future. It should be titled "the beggining" because it could be one of Jaws's ancestors.

  • Great idea!!

  • @RollProductions Jaws is probably that kind of shark, what your describing is bigger jaws ha.ha.

  • @RollProductions well, the film version of the book Meg is in pre-production, if they can get a script together that both the writer and producers like

  • @GriffithAMPS the book meg is amazing i read it 8 years ago still waiting on that movie

  • @RollProductions there is a movie about megalodon its called Shark Attack 3: Megalodon

  • @Freaksho9oh Lol, trust me it's way bigger then a great white. The hole idea behind the shark in Jaws is to be a ridiculously big shark, a great white is big but compared to a person the Jaws poster says it all. My friend has a framed theater poster of Jaws and its pretty much the size of a Sea King (a giant monster).

  • Jaws was a mako shark (also known as a great white) I believe. I recommend the movie. Is not that scary for modern audiences, but it's still a relevant suspense flick ^_^.

  • i think makos and great whites are two different sharks.

  • obviously

  • mako sharks arent great whites ther makos u twat hence the name and the fact that mako sharks ar a lot smaller and a different colour

  • All right, all right, calm down--I believe you. No need to start a virtual fistacuffs. I was wrong and I stand corrected. Cool?

  • @mountaincritter Wow... I'm not sure if you are, but you really sound like an old person. I'm all for grammar and all, but fistacuffs? Really?

    Sorry -.-''

  • XD Everyone says that! Since I was a teenager, folks have said things like, "You talk like my mom!" etc. I'm 25. I suspect my speech does deviate from the norm...maybe because I like to experiment with language.

Speaking of which, if you want to know what I really sound like (or have any interest in learning Japanese), you should check out my channel. English isn't the only language that's fun to play with ^_^.

  • I already speak Japanese (Believe it or not) and French and some Swedish

  • @RollProductions He's supposed to be a great white.

  • there is a movie about this called megaladon

  • yea there is already a movie, it's called: SharK Attack 3

And good luck watching it, it's a really really really bad movie :P

  • @Freaksho9oh there is a movie about megalodon shark its called mega shark vs giant octopus never seen it i seen the cover in the shop on the shelf

  • @Freaksho9oh I saw that movie and it was unworthy of B budget films. Hell, it made Deep Blue Sea look like a good idea for a film.

  • cool, I iguess its kind of like a teaser for your next coaster.

  • Yeah. I made this so that if you didn't know what a megalodon was, you'll know before you see the actual ride. For example, if one guy watched the ride before the slideshow, he could possibly comment like this.."That was fun, I especially liked that you named it after a turtle"... We don't want that now do we?
