  • never again julia you ranga

  • @ThirdEye2222 Well, I'd hold off for a couple of years. Ron Paul will have it whipped back into shape by then and it will, again, be a great country.

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • I wish Roger Daltry / The Who would come out and endorse Ron Paul and do a free concert for the Revolution. That would rock. I pray this happens. I hear Roger is a fan of Ron Paul. Is that true? If so, please endorse!!!!!

  • @underdogwja RON PAUL REVOLUTION!!! GIVE US BACK OUR CONSTITUTION!!!

  • @underdogwja It's music dumb ass, not politics. Wheather Roger Daltry likes someone has no bearing on what kind of politician they are.

  • I fuck'in hate CSI. Especially Miami.

  • RON PAUL 2012!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @ILoveSaginawMichigan I googled this because of Sen. Davis's reference on Cavuto's Fox Business show...

  • @thomast5551 me too.

Then I wondered if I was the only one left (anti-war people from the 70's) glad I read these comments!

  • YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

  • 5 people are old bosses

  • no words...just THE WHO!!!!!! yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

  • not "one of the greatest" intros ever... THE GREATEST INTRO EVER!!! CHILLLLLLLLLZZZZ

  • I don't know about anyone else, but from 6:35-7:31 just makes me think about my past memories

  • * puts on sunglasses *

  • "YAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

  • He's talking about the whole system, and how the machine starts from the begining all over again and fools everyone at the end. Wake up people, we live in a simulation that is testing us all. Look around, the answers are right in front of your faces in plain sight.

  • WOO HOO CSI MIAMI best theme song ever and best song ever my favorite old song

  • 3 PEOPLE WERE FOOLED

  • What's csi?

  • @7sadbeeyotsh7 r u being ironic

  • Its not anti-war...its anti-revolution. More like a conservative view on the social and political revolution of the early 70s

"Meet the new boss, same as the old boss" - Whoever rises or whatever changes will eventually become corrupt

  • will we get fooled again 7:42

  • @t3hUBER haha

  • 7:45

  • I think people in countries all around the world can relate to this song.

  • My dad was a kid in the 70s... How come I have never heard him mention The Who? I hear about ABBA and God knows what, but not this? Blasphemy!

  • the funny thing is this was play againts Thatcher, the who are liberals.

  • 1) great song. Thanks for posting.

    2) I don't think it is an "anti-war song". It is a warning to look before you jump into a violent revolution. Similar to what 2pac said in Ghetto Gospel "from outta the frying pan we jump into another form of slavery"

    3) please try to level it. I did enough damage to my ears 40 years ago but I keep blowing my ears out.

  • This song should have "Vote for Ron Paul" at the very end.

  • U.S. voters DEFINITELY got fooled again!

  • @CuriousGeorgeMonkey9 Yep.

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

  • 3 people got fooled again

  • Damn u gotta love tht scream......YEEAAAHHH!!!!!

  • Iraq 2003. We got fooled again.

  • CSI theme YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH

  • I think it should be "next war" instead of "last war" at 2:17 since cyclic history is somewhat the point here. However, I couldn't really understand what exactly he sings there. Thanks for putting this up anyway!

  • This song is more relevant today!!!...Wake UP!!!!

  • Thanx.

  • good to hear some good old music thats NOT "Pop" or "Rap" or "Heavy metal".

  • omg!

  • epic!

  • the begining is sick :D

  • My favorite parts are from 0:00 to 0:44 and 6:20 to 8:36

  • @LSA2013 my favorite parts are from 0:00 to 8:36

  • Oh I love this song.

  • I love the long pause, then all of a sudden "YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

  • funny how the name of the song is WON'T get fooled again, and the lyrics are DON'T get fooled again :)

  • SamthePetrolhead .... TYVM, TYVVM, in fact!! Thank You Very Very Much. I always wondered what the precise words were to this song ..... I wonder if the people in Egypt are wondering and praying that "WE DON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN!!"

  • @VrgniaMailman YES YES we are!! In Egypt we are all praying we won't get fooled again!! My frind just sent me the link to this song..what an awesome song!!

  • @VrgniaMailman I'm Canadian-Egyptian, do you mean not to protest again? Caus our country is sure in terrible shape now that some kids went out and made some noise and lit some fires! Sequrity's down, Islamic Radicals might come into power, food prices have gone up, people overe here are wondering why they went out anyway! Oh well, whatever hapens happens, I'm just pleased that I can listen to this awesome song! It really rings true in lots of cases!

  • @abx93ify Thanks to all for many thumbs ups!! Reply to abx: No, I was not implying that Egyptians should refrain from protesting. I was stating the possibility that a new regime (and not only in Egypt, but anywhere where there has been a major change in leadership --- and that has been ESPECIALLY true now in the USA!! --- ) may be just as bad or worse than the previous regime. Not being a fundamentalist Moslem, I argue that the Khomeini regime in Iran in 1979 was worse than the oppressive Shah

  • @VrgniaMailman I completley agree with you that the new regime could be just th same or even worse. The damage is done, and it will take a very long time before things were the way they used to be. I am a Muslim, (DEFINATLY NOT A FUNDAMENTALIST), and if I'm not mistaken, the media here in North America and the Western world had a 1 sided bias to the protesters, in their favour, and has not showed the rest of Egypt's 80 million that WANTED Mubarek! I'll continue in another post...

  • @VrgniaMailman Continued... The reason I mentioned Isalmic Radicals is because most of the people that started the protest were of that kind. The Egyptian Government, about 10 years ago started to crack down on radical activity going on inside the country, BEFORE IT COULD REACH OTHER NATIONS. So there were many, many arests to the radicals, and they were treated horribly by the police. But that was for peace in other countries, as well as Egypt. NOw the remaining few that wern't caught, CONTINUE

  • @VrgniaMailman Continued.... The remaining few that wern't caught, had rising tensions against the government, so they started to protest in January, (a few days actually after I got back to Canada, the irony of it) demanding human rights, and the media, especially Al Jezeera, which is based in Quatar, who's leader hated Mubarek, took the protesters side, and didn't show what the country as a whole wanted. So yes, the new regime could be alot worse! SORRY FOR TAKING SO MUCH SPACE! CHEERS!

  • @abx93ify Thank you very much for all the info!! Yeah, from a "western" point of view, Mubarek was mostly a good friend and ally to the USA, western Europe, and perhaps even NATO. But obviously he mistreated way too many of his own people. The way that much of the rest of the world has viewed President Obama, especially in the 3rd world (I get the feeling that it is mostly good), does not reconcile with the view that most Americans NOW have of him, which is negative and becoming more negative

  • @VrgniaMailman You hit the nail on the head! Mubarek was a good 'friend' to the western world, unlike some other Arab leaders like Gaddafi and Assad. So you'd think that America, and other western countries would've been on his side during the protests. Why didn't that happen? I asked my self. Then I figured it out. When the protests started, the army was called in, but didn't do anything to stop the protesters. So the western world realized that the protesters were going to win the battle cont.

  • @VrgniaMailman continued... against Mubarek, because he gave up so easily. And they knew that by the fourth day, when nothing drastic was being done to stop the protests. So they betrayed him, and told him to step down. And he did. But the western world also hates the Islamic Radicals, so what I predict will happen is that they will get into power, and then be forced by the western world to do as told, and not to terrorize the world. That's the story for Egypt. Now for Lybia, I'll start new post

  • @VrgniaMailman Libya did go ahead and start cracking down on the protesters from the start, but since it's not a good friend to the western world, NATO is against the Gaddafi government this time. Same for Syria. And Iraq 10 years ago. I know this is a sensitive issue, and many people are offended by this type of conversation, but I think you are the type of person that listens to opinions respectfully, and is open to new ideas, so I thank you for listening and replying to my posts. CHEERS!

  • The ultimate punksong? Well at least one of the ultimate punksongs. Fucking great!

  • how do you go from puting a kickass band like the who in a superbowl last year and then put the crap eyed peas to play in the superbowl halftime show today i

  • "Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss"- one of the absolute greatest lines in rock and roll history!

  • You say Lady Gaga, I say The Doors

You say Hannah Montana, I say The Rolling Stones

You say Owl City, I say Led Zeppelin

You say Jonas Brothers, I say The Beatles

You say Justin Bieber, I say Queen

You say Taylor Swift, I say Guns & Roses

95% of teens these days listen to the same crappy pop over and over again. If you're one of the 5% who still listens to real music, thumb this up, then copy & paste it to at least five videos. Don't let the spirit of rock and roll die

  • @RastaaHD as some one who likes all music. owl city and tailor swift are the 2 ppl there with a lil credit and talent

  • @nitemaricv2 Your Not Male Are You>

  • @RastaaHD no i am full male. i just am opened minded.

  • @nitemaricv2 I wouldnt call that 'open minded' more like feminine.

  • @RastaaHD because i like more then 1 genre of music. thats biased

  • @nitemaricv2 I like more than 1 genre I prefer dubstep+Dnb but you listen to homosexuals such as Owl city :/

  • @RastaaHD so i like owl city. doesnt mean u have to call me gay beacuse of it. seriously. u give ppl who like music a bad name

  • @nitemaricv2 well you started the conversation you homosexual bumda so shit the fuck up then.

  • @nitemaricv2 Shut*

  • @RastaaHD no i rather continue talking. u realy should expand your horizan and stop being a man child

  • @nitemaricv2 aha ok you call me a child but your the one listening to non-credible childish homosexual bullshit music.

  • @RastaaHD Ok seriously both of you shut the fuck up

  • @nitemaricv2 Ok seriously both of you shut the fuck up

  • @SamthePetrolhead :3 ok now i will a 3trd party. understandable. its anoying.

  • Masterpiece.

  • i have never watched CSI before....i always knew this song as it was: by The Who

  • yep :)

  • thumbs up if you knew & loved this song before CSI

  • @GrinningSoul24 or the fact its a meme

  • I like the George W. Bush version better.

But the message is the same i guess.

  • 2 idiots got fooled again :P

  • It still applies. And always will

  • i think he sounds kinda like Bob Dylan :O

  • @MyNameIsntCoolEnough why everyone say he sounds like bob dylan, maybe bob dylan sounds like him, hmmmm?!!

  • @y2kEveryDay uhh no. fail attempt. better luck next time :)

  • @MyNameIsntCoolEnough it was a reference to the movie walk hard

  • @y2kEveryDay OMG I REALLY WANT TO WATCH THAT MOVIE!! :(

  • I'm two years old and I listen to classic rock, fuck Justin Bieber. Also, the one person who disliked this enjoys funneling chili juice into his butthole because he thinks a mexican devil is living in his colon.

  • @Nauticus89 2 years old? hahahhahahahhahaaha

  • 0:00-8:36 good part

    6:35-7:31 best part

  • 1 deslike?

    progress is evident!

  • For the first time perusing the band picture. And then.. piss stains have never looked so cool. Don't get fooled again kids.

  • One of my favorite songs

  • look here.the who is sssssssuch a glorified band.no one can no bsnd i don't care whaty you say and the who is definatly 1 of the greatest groups to ever see. be sides i saw the at the gilliete center ROCK VERY HEAVY loved that nites

  • It is my all time favorit song. No 1.

  • That stupid fad makes me put on my sunglasses everytime at the "YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAH!!" part.

  • In my humble opinion that has to be the Greatest recording I have ever heard. I have listened to it for nearly 30 years and I never tire of it.

  • Wow.. it's pretty sad that alot of people here are arguing over an anti-war song...... It's anti-war for a reason people and by arguing you are provoking a small war between yourselves.

  • Your perception is the key in life. Problem is so many people's perception are distorted. Some people live very well and even they have a poor perception of the world and of life.

  • Skylark gets a big thumbs up

  • Pissing on .

    Táknmynd fyrir báknið.(ríkið)

  • @SkylarkGSX

Yep. You might learn more as you get older, but that doesn't nessecarily mean that an older person is wiser than a younger one.

That doesn't mean that there's a certain age limit for knowing something.

And you're 33? You haven't lived in those times either, so don't act like you have.

    You're just the same.

  • I've decided the whole point of CSI Miami is this song and because the guy who plays Horatio wants to do stuff with sunglasses. Is there anything of substance besides this song in the whole show?

  • Damn, Skylark couldnt have said it better

im 17 and idk about the rest of the world but people from my school follow whatever the radio says, doesnt give two shits about their lives and has no clue about anyting 20 miles from there front door, much less whats happening around the world

i wish i grew up in your time, when people had opinions and didn't do whatever they were told(60-80's)

  • @FvckYourAmerica I agree with the most part of it (im 13 going on 14 in july by the way) but I like being an individual in this day and age. Im a big fan of the 60s and 70s, dont get me wrong, and yes, I don't like how everybody only likes songs that were released in the past month, but i like living during this time because it makes me an individual. plus, it gives me something to aim for, because i want to try and bring good music back

  • @SamthePetrolhead well thats a hell of a goal man, pick up an instrument and learn to play and maybe you really can change the current music

  • @FvckYourAmerica - i can play a few

  • @SamthePetrolhead dude i'm 13 too, and i agree totally, i guess your 14 now actually but whatever, i dont have the same taste as you i think, but its all real music so its cool, i've been playing guitar for a couple of years and i say go for it,i'm trying to revive grunge, you try and bring back classic rock and pop, and we can save generation Y from the clutches of the corporation

  • @AwesomeSauceLimited Grunge is cool

  • @AwesomeSauceLimited Yo thats cool, Im 36 and my son is 13, just starting to play, and wants to keep THIS TYPE of music alive.. He's training for the talent show, He's going to rock it, cant wait, He takes lessons at school, keep rockin brother

  • @FvckYourAmerica your right me too AND IM ONLY 12 13 in 3-4 months

  • The image at 3:00 asks "Who's next?"

The Arabs were next. It was the plan thought up by Freemason Albert Pike. Freemasonry is the religion of thieves. They planned WWI, WWII and WWIII (scapegoating Arabs) to divvy up land. They trade power like batons at an Olympic race, the rings are nations traded by the Illuminati. They built all empires to destroy them, robbing and killing citizens is the name of their game.

  • @SkylarkGSX

so i guess that all "youngsters" are complete idiots, Get out of your mom's basement bud, there are some smart kids out there, Plenty of em too like the ones that think you are a complete idiot, Jerk.

  • SkylarkGSX reminds me of the 40 year old fat guy living in the basement of his mother's house.... that gets a vein popping up on his bold head, when he gets angry.... :O Love the song btw :D

  • This song *put on sunglasses* 7:45

    Is awesome!

  • And thinking for yourself is only possible to an extent.

We will never be able to think 'freely', because we've had an education and whatnot.

And claiming you can do anything is quite dangerous.

I don't want to be all pessimistic here, but that's false. There are so many variables that can influence your life that are not under your control.

I understand you probably believe in the american dream?

    Keep on dreaming.

  • @SkylarkGSX

Well, you commented on his video, so him replying isn't that strange.

And I find it funny that you believe age correlates positive with critical thinking and/or wisdom.

You're calling him a dumbass, but you're closeminded.

You claim that the 'youngsters' are inferior to your generation. This is such a cliché, every generation thinks theirs was better than a new one.

Think for yourself? You're doing the same thing people did before you.

  • i'm a youngster and i listen to all the classics songs in the 60's and 70's. You had a few good points. But i can add without a computer ,and i think guitar hero is a joke. I've also seemed to realise that i have a brain in my thick skull thank you very much! Thanks for the stupid sterotypes!

  • What's with the 12-13 yearolds? Haha.

  • The Who > Led Zepplin

  • When I was 8 (I'm 12 now) I was on the way to a Baseball game with my dad and I heard this song, I've been hooked to the Who and the Beatles ever since

  • Legendary song right there. It's awesome.

  • i hate everyone who started liking these guys after the super bowl. they dont really appreciate rock, there just hicks who came to see football and got something 2x better.

  • im 15 i got into them about 4 years ago. heard them on some of my dads old CD's simply amazing. i understand what you mean by people "liking" them after the superbowl
