Those were the days.....indeed! I have enjoyed Johnny Mathis for over 50 years and NEVER tire of his music. I was fortunate enough to have a backstage "meet and greet" with a few other fans at the Paramount in Seattle about 20 years ago. He is truly a most humble and appreciative man and he kissed me on the cheek! Thanks for the terrific POST!!!!!

I have seen Johnny Mathis in concert at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on several occasions. These occasions have been over 15-20 years apart. He has given a magnificent performance each time. Thank you for posting.

I remember this only faintly because Johnny has had other lovely songs with inspiring words. This song is lovely too but Misty, A Certain Smile, Twelfth of Never , etc etc were requested more often. If I had 24 hours just to listen to Johnny , it would take a whole week I suspect to completely go through his wonderful repertoire. Thanks for postin,ejworthy.

i remember as a young newly wed, dancing around our living room to this song. so much in love and so happy then.....after 14 years we divorced, and he is now deseased.
