I have respect for Glenn Beck in the sense that I agree with what he says until he starts to elevate himself to the likes of Jesus, Ghandi, and Martin Luther King Jr.

It is then I lose all respect for him, because all those great men exhibited something Beck lost along the way, humility. Those men let others elevate them into the status of greatness.

Yes, good old cook county and greater chicago has seen an increase in crimes, yet they took the guns away, hmmm, wonder why this is happening?  My wife had an interview with ADM corp. over in Decatur Illinois, and me being a firearms dealer, told her it better pay at least 100,000 a year for me to move to a state so full of facist little liberal dictators. Well, she got the job, but upper management decided to cancel the position. Whew... Not moving to that damn state.

Who signed into law the most drastic ban, with the support of the NRA. Pretty sure the NRA supported the 1968 ban and the NFA in 1934 too. Thank the members of the CATO institute who brought this case forward, the NRA stood in opposition to it till the case was accepted to be heard by SCOTUS.

They need to make it illegal to be shot. Think about it. If people got fined for being shot, like ten thousand dolars, then maybe people wouldn't be getting shot all the time. Maybe they'd run faster or something. Then no one would get shot in D.C. because people would be all like, "I'm not getting shot today."

They do take away knives, actually. DC's carry laws are extremely prohibitive. It isn't even worth the risk to carry a pocket knife - nail clippers might not be a good idea either.
