  • Wondering how many loops were used on this tune? what looping/recording device did you use? Thanks

  • Thanks for stopping by, I was actually just playing over a playback :)

  • Love it.

  • @fenderosa oh thank you from the bottom of my heart! :)

  • The acoustic part is very nice, truly. Good tone, quite interesting variations, but the solo part it's too aggressive on the acoustic for my personal taste. It's my very personal opinion.

  • @Nfernu And thanks you for your opinion, it's always good to hear a polite and constructive criticism.

  • Excellent in all ways. Best to you.

  • @KCGrinder Thank you KC.

  • why does he need words? You prick.

  • I am about to get one of these Godin Guitars. It not possible for me to try one out locally, but I want to get a Jazz tone like the great Barney Kessel acheived. Do you think it is possible to squeeze that sound out of this box? I would appreciate some single note type of examples in one of your songs with this tone. Thanks

  • Imaginative, musical and unique.

  • Thanks man, these are all amazing compliments.

  • What tuning is that?

  • Well it may sound odd because it's Lydian mode in E but the tuning is just standard.

  • Very pretty, mellow song. :D

  • thank u :)

  • This is just great ...Loved the song and the guitar ..kudos !

  • Thank you man, really :)

  • Very nice, both the piece, the execution and the guitar. Actually i'm thinking of getting one for myself, but it is difficult to get to try one.. I'm wondering if it could be used in other styles. Like, does it have a fast action neck ? How does it sound with higher levels of distortion ? And btw, what strings are you using ?

  • Thank you man, really. Definitely go for it!

The action is unbelievable, it's just like an electric guitar, and it sounds good with distortion. At the time I was using the default stings and I've never managed to find out brand and type. I'm using .09 d'addario electric guitar strings at the moment and it sounds just great.

  • i love this piece! what's the title...i wanna learn it...your guitar is amazing...godin kingpin?

  • Thank you man, really. I'm flattered.

The guitar is a Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin and it's a flawless instrument, an astonishing guitar.

  • you are playing in the pocket! I like the melody structure here. I was lookin for a Kingpin sound sample , this gives me a great ideal of how they could sound.

  • Thank you. It's a great guitar anyway, ideal for jazz and blues but versatile enough for anything else.

  • very nice, bravo

    a dc 59 and a kingpin !

    what a good choices ...

  • Thank you man. I love those guitars :)
