mapam is the best company to get the forward controls from, they are cheap, well made, and the longest stretch you'll get. the pipes i highly recommend the cruisermagic2 company, its loud when you want it, but it also doesnt sound like a pussy cat at idle. as far as the brake squeel, good luck, i have a '96 and tryed everything, the only solution is, get double discs in the front.
Nice bike, same my VS800; sounds great to. What pipes do you have?

If your brakes squeak try compressed air, the same to clean your computer; that should work. Or just use WD-40, thats always worked for me.
