interesting about his spicie, is that in nature, cientist found out it lives in hamony with forgs! probably because, spider would not have antsin his home. interesting, isnt it?
@liveloveplayohlala Hey buddy, she's as the title says- X Immanis, i cant remember the common name but you should be able to find some if you search that name.
@Dan37064 do you have any idea's of what type i should get as a beginner? I've been watching different T vids, but not all say if they are handleable or not, I want something pretty and harmless if they bite
hey... nice one. ill be honest. iam an arachnophobe. and even though spiders, especially tarantulas scare the shit outta me. i still find them very attractive and interesting... so much so, i might just buy one... the mexican red kneed most prolly. but this one is beautiful.... nice
Grammstola species are way too unpredictable to even recommended for handling. I have G.rosea (3), G.pulchripes (4) and P.pulchra (a 7'' mature female) that do NOT want to be handled. Avicularia, Brachypelma or Eupalaestrus members are better handling species. Nice immanis btw
@Dan37064 got it. take care of your baby. if i get one, (prolly the b smithi seems the most docile coz one sudden move from any of these and id surely have a heart attack.) ill be sure to point it out to you.
can i pet it

@liveloveplayohlala Theyre not real nasty like some but they are very skitish and jumpy, so i wouldn't recomend handling really.

@anirex911 Hey thanks
Yeah she is a beauty and quite placid too but i dont think she would take to being handled.
So if you was considering getting a tarantula that you didn't want to touch,i'd say get one of these,they're easy to keep.
If you want one you could handle then i'd suggest a type of grammostola.

20 pounds for a sling in the UK?
Wow, here in the US slings of this species are $140.
They are very rare over here and have only been successfully bred four times.

@brownj6709 Cool, i managed to pair her with a male the other week all went well, finger's crossed for a sac.
Think your getting ripped off tho mate-£20 is more then enough alone for a sling.
