Any one know about unalienable right and denying the court jurisdiction based on common law where the court has no standing to take your child from you. This is civil law certain denial of unalienable rights. Then they motion to inforce and throw you in jail if you do not do what is order in the decree. so now you get jail time for contempt of court. Fact... deny the court jurisdiction. period ! thats the only way you'll protect yourself. Do not let them obtain jurisdiction or you will loose

some women dont even watch there kids they go out have fun without there kids they mess around while the father stays home and take good care of his kids,some moms are so selfish like my babymama,she dont even care about her son she goes out alot and party and do drugs,im filing for custody i have all the evidence i need for the judge to see and i hope i win the case..

@mommocroc What an excellent testimony for this service! I kid of course. I believe the most difficult thing you'll have to do is to realize that there is only one truth. And if you're not willing to honestly seek and accept the truth (even if it's against what you want) for the sake of the child, you don't have what it takes to win and you'll find yourself taking the side of your gender in every case you hear about regardless of the facts. This goes for both men and women.

@TheCriminalsInAction This isn't a battle of the sexes. Remember it's about the children. You shouldn't be so arrogant to make it about yourself. You've got to decide if you're fighting AGAINST the ex or FOR the child. These aren't strategies to win the case. All this is only to determine whether or not you are right in proceeding with your plans. After you get your emotions in check and your priorities in order it's time to procede with your education.Skipping this step will fatal to your case.
