  • What fish did you use? Was it filet or was the skin still on? And what medium did you use?

  • we used mahi mahi. yes, the scales were left on so we could scrape the bacteria off of them.

of course though, since this was a movie, we did everything before hand.

  • Okay, thank you, where did you get this mahi mahi from? and what did you keep them in?

(I'm trying to grow them myself, but until now i've failed to do so, so I'm gathering some info)

  • we bought it from the supermarket. so all we had to do was scrape the scales for bacteria to put it on the plate.

  • Okay thanks for all this info. I have only two questions left. What did you put the mahi mahi in? And at what temperature did you store them and for how long?

  • just curious, do you have to do this for a school project or something?

  • Well we've tried it several times for a project, but it failed all the times. That project is finished now (at our school they think that a failed experiment is okay, as long as you can say reasonable things about it), but i just can't stand it when a experiment keeps going wrong, so i'm trying myself now

  • we used seawater agar plates and streaked them and then incubated them at 37C over night

  • so it's safe to say julianna isnt getting any calls from hollywood agents anytime soon

  • our video doesn't suck!!

    and the soundtrack is awesome
