Really clever. Belt Driven, huh? I like the concept. I think I'll make one for myself when I get the chance. (And a midsize in good enough shape to convert to a rider...)

Oops! Watched it again, and I see hydro pumps under there. Maybe I can get mine to work similarly with a belt-driven setup.

If you do the work,not much at all. You need a seat and a different belt and fab some parts and thats it.

Hehe that's pretty cool! Where I work we have Toro/pro-line walk behinds...they suck. The gearboxes don't work well and they eat belts often.
