Shinya Aoki lost twice to Hayato Sakurai 2005 and 2009. Sakurai is Aoki's nightmare.

Sakurai lost to Akihiro Gono. I guess that makes Akihiro Gono better than Shinya Aoki? Furthermore Akihiro Gono defeated Gegard Mousasi in 2006. And I think Mousasi can defeat Aoki.

Aoki is definitely not the best in the world in his weight class. He cannot punch.
