  • If Creed says somethings crazy, then it's crazy

  • Great version of the original. I do think the original is better though but when you've watched the first of anything a remake will never quite match it. Gervais rules

  • the office is very fresh and all the actors i love!

  • Who's Justice Beiber?

  • and circle gets the square hahah

  • If Creed says its crazy, then it's FUCKING CRAZY!

  • :troll:

  • Take a chill pill.

  • does anyone remember the episode number where toby asks to be kicked out of a conference room meeting??? thanks

  • funny. but american english is the most annoying dialect ever. i just hate it :)

  • I miss Michael

  • Follow me, Dwight Schrute, on Twitter. @__DwightSchrute

  • One of the most amazing shows on tv. How i met your mother and the big bang theory are nothing compared to this.

  • @MetallicSisters

Big bang theory sucks. How I met your mother is now the best tv series in the world. You don`t believe me?Watch 1st season of himym.I can bet you will be amazed.

The Office is the legend buy himym is technicaly better.

  • @nosek97 I've watched all seven seasons of HIMYM. I agree that the 1st season was OK but after that it's just the same shit in every episode. The humour is ohsofucking crude and pathetic and Barney's jokes are getting lame.

  • @MetallicSisters

Because HIMYM isn`t only comedy. You can laugh but every himym episode has got moral. It isn`t only comedy like for ex. two and a half men.I agree with you that 7th season sucks. But watch episodes like The Drunk Train-It`s classic himym.

    SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH.

  • @nosek97 well i respect your opinion but lol i honestly and truly feel like there's no better show than the office on tv atm.

  • @MetallicSisters

I understand :) Not everybody have to like himym :)

  • @MetallicSisters and yet tbs has the brilliant idea of discontinuing the 3 hour block of the office every tuesday night and replacing it with the big bang theory. i hated tbbt before, now i hate it so much more. idiots.

  • tallbrownferret@gmail.com

  • @NotAPartOfYourSystem I watched the uk version, its nothing compared to the us version. The us version has better actors.

  • SCRUTES NEVER WASTE THE POWER OF THE GOOOSE!!!!!!!!

  • I'm really really sorry that I said that. To be hones I love The Office and i just had a bad day... In fact I Think its one of the best series ever... I love you guys..

  • fav show ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thumbs up if you'd fuck pam

  • @immafirinmakazer1 the office is way better than shows such as: Jersey Shore, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, any new show on Nick or Disney, and basically any other mind melting tv show. Compared to the shows on in the US today, it's amazing.

  • The best part of The Office is the mix of ridiculousless and simplicity in the show. It doesn't have to have a ton of jokes that go over most people's head and it isn't pure slapstick humor. It's perfect. The characters are perfect. I've watched every episoide and yeah some aren't funny and others are hillarious from start to finish. Hands down, one of the most original and hillarious shows in recent US culture.

  • @thebadtouchx US culture my ass

  • im with greenguitar on this one... never heard any1 laugh about this show . never heard any joke in it that made me laugh/entertain . thought its because of me not getting it, so i read someone explaining it... and i got it rly, its just not funny...

  • @xClown55 There aren't any jokes on the show. The comedy comes from the awkwardness of each situation. You also have to know each character to get the funny part. That's why it's a mockumentary. I think the Office is one of the most original and entertaining show on television. The style is genius.

  • @lebronbeastjames6 i guess every1 has his own opinion... i think that its a useless program.. ah well

  • @xClown55 True. Not everyone is going to like this kind of show. It's all a matter of taste.

  • "You can save the goose grease thus saving you a trip to the store for expensive goose grease"

  • hahahaha oh my, great scene!

  • i don't get the office, it's the most unfunny show ever, and still so many people watch it

  • @greenguitar66 it is funny, just not funny to you

  • @greenguitar66 its called subtle humor.... people's minds have been corrupted by family guy making shock effect jokes every 30 seconds (even though it is funny as fuck)

  • @greenguitar66 That's because we have a sense of humor.

  • @greenguitar66 Did you understand the final joke? Pam: "I would like it off my desk." Dwight: "Pam, take a chill pill." Dwight's response was suggesting that Pam was overreacting, when in fact not only her request but also her manner was calm and reasonable. So do you see why it's funny now? It's like when someone tells a calm person to calm down. It's funny when the timing and delivery are good, and not when you need it explained to you in paragraph form.

  • @Brainbust100 i've heard better jokes... srry not my sense of humour

  • @greenguitar66 I think someone has to be somewhat educational and social to get this show.

  • @Bobowallie that's kinda bullshit, it's just a show.

the school system is different in my country but i'm in the second highest uhm... how do you say that... like second highest level of smartness haha. and social yeah

it's just... i don't get it, from a lot of things i get it. why girls like justin bieber and more but not with the office, it's huge but i never saw anyone laugh when i watched it with my friends... never

  • @greenguitar66 had the same thing, i think it's just american humor (no offense)

  • @greenguitar66 what do you like big bang theory? you are dumb if you do

  • @TheBoozeRecords friends, how i met your mother, breaking bad, scrubs, that kinda series

  • @greenguitar66

So many people watch it because its hilarious. Just because you don't get it doesn't mean its not funny. How old are you, 12? haha

  • @buddygroove i'm not saying it's not funny, i'm saying it has to be funny 'caus a lot of people watch it, but i haven't met a single person who likes it.

    and no i'm 16

  • Very funny, gotta love Dwight

  • this goose scene was pretty funny, but /watch?v=FjyANVcvaSM is the funniest scene in my opinion haha

  • this is so staged and immature, i cant find it funny

  • totally unfunny

  • Do my eyes tell me lies??! A comedy that doesn't have canned laughter! FINALLY! AWSOME! XD

  • @adelin081 It doesn't have laughter of any kind if you ask me. The Office sucks. Just removing the laugh track doesn't magically make it funny.

Removing Steve Carell though... that was a good move.

  • @mrfalafl but using canned laughter makes it worse no matter what. Fake laughs are annoying, they ruin the show for me. I really enjoyed and had a good time watching scrubs which didn't have canned laughter, but was still pretty funny. I looked over a few scene of the office on youtube and it looks decent(but i didn't watch any episode, so it might be boring, i don't know, i'll eventually give this show a chance, i got nothing to lose)

  • @mrfalafl lol ur kidding or a trollololol. hopefully kidding.......

  • @YUGIOHbuyANDsell I am not kidding nor trolling. It may not have a laugh track, but it has other, worse gimmicks.

The nauseating zoom-in, zoom-out, zoom-in, zoom-out is worse than a laugh track. And its used by this show to fill in the awkward gaps in between the non-jokes.

Another gimmick is, every time any body says anything, they pan to Jim and he stares at the camera for another full 10 seconds as if to say "OMG LOL DID HE JUST SAY THAT OH NO HE DIDN'T HAR HAR HAR".

    A show for halfwits.

  • @mrfalafl gimicks aside, this show has some of the funniest and smartest writing in hollywood.. its the truth

  • @YUGIOHbuyANDsell It has some of the funniest and smartest writers... just not the funniest jokes.

FYI, Ricky Gervais had to deliberately dumb down the show (i.e. use jokes that are easier to understand, the modern-day equivalent of a pie to the face) from the original version specifically because it was intended to appeal to a bigger (that means dumber) audience.

That's why I don't like this show. Aside from the dumbass gimmicks, the awkward silences, and Steve Carell's godawful delivery,

  • @mrfalafl yea the american office is def dumbed down but that aside, is still fucking hilarious a LOT of the time. I don't find myself laughing that hard watching a show as much as i do the office. although, i disagree with you on steve carrel, his apparent "god awful delievery" i think, is him acting, acting like the idiot that michael scott is. I think its just good acting, not bad delivery.

  • @mrfalafl Thats called a goddamn mockumentary. Some people like other genres than other people. Mockumentary's have silences, zooms, and people looking into the camera. It's a fresh breath of air IMHO then the usual ''Here's a joke. I'll insert a laugh tape here so it's funny'' type of shows. And I respect your opinion, just not ''Everyone who watches this show is a halfwit/dumbass/whatever''.

  • "...thus saving you a trip to the store for expensive goose grease." :-D

  • ITT (or in this case, comment board: MY OPINIONS ARE FACTS. AMURICUNS R DUMM ANDD OBESE.

  • yea me cre una cuenta sana pa pichi!!

  • a ver

  • I <3 the Office, but I miss Steve Carell!!! ;-(

  • @NColaTALENT11 everyone does

  • Oops i mean to say big lol

  • @cacapoogirl i disagree british people are hilarious but the uk version sucks bog hairy balls theyre lucky lol:-);-)

  • Question: Why does Dwight keep a carving knife in his trunk?

  • Well i like it much better than the UK version. British stuff is not that funny. Have u ever seen Monty pyothon? the only funny british things i have ever seen are mr Bean (okish) and Faulty Towers. British humor is just to obvious for me.

    That is just my opinion.

  • @CockapooGirl100 loltroll

  • @CockapooGirl100

British humour is too obvious? Wait what?

American humour is tailored to be obvious so people who aren't that intelligent can understand it. British humour is often more subtle and intelligent. It isn't a coincedence that a lot of our comedy greats (Stephen Fry, Rowan Atkinson, Hugh Laurie, Monty Python) are ex-Cambridge/Oxford students.

  • @thetobbit

British Office = its funny how Brent doesn't know how to react when talking to women and has a half-understanding of sexism

    US Office = I have a dead goose, aren't I dumb?

  • @thetobbit You do realise both the British vertion of the office and the american one are written by Ricky Gervais right?

  • @thetobbit In my opinion yes. I love britain and england, but i find things like monty pyothon's holy grail to be too obvious when it comes to humor. Maybe obvious is the wrong word. I am finding it hard to express without it sounding bad. Maybe wierd is better. Like in the holy grail when the bunny kills all those people. I found that odd.

Now with say dwight when he says i ran over it with my car it is a christmas merical, the facial expressions

  • @CockapooGirl100 mixed with his character in general make it really funny.

sry. I ran out of room.

  • @thetobbit ''intelligent humour'' *COUGH COUGH* Mr.bean *COUGH COUGH*. Anyway,British humour isn't really my kind of humour (Aside from Top Gear, wich is hilarious). And no,I am not American, nor British.

  • @AwesomenessUploader LOL. TOP GEAR IS AMAZING!!!

  • Thumbs up if you have seen this episode:

    *in condo*

Micheal Scott: I think I will hang my flat screen tv on this wall right here.

Dwight: No bad idea. These walls are paper thin. If the guy next door ever throws his wife through the wall there goes your tv.

    ROFL!!!

  • lol I don't know why Micheal hates Toby so much, I find him kind of sweet

  • Dwight has a nice overcoat.

  • it's saturnalia miracle :D

  • :|

  • It's a Christmas miracle :D

  • Everyone i just uploaded the very first episode (pilot) of season 1. Here is part 1 of 2! - /watch?v=EAyGiz7k5zU

  • @JordanHaall Excuse me. Liar.

  • @Legba85 it got removed. copyrighted.

  • @JordanHaall Fucking. Youtube.

  • british version is better. the original one. before the americans stole yet another of our shows.

  • @DJMultiCameraFreak They actually improved it a bit.

  • @DJMultiCameraFreak Yeah i agree the UK version is the best, that one must be in it's 11th or 12th season by now because of it's popularity... oh wait.. nvm it got canceled a long time ago and the creator brought it here to the states. So basically this wasn't "stolen" at all was it? How can Ricky Gervaise steal something that he created? Great show either way UK version and US version.

  • So funny!

  • Is the office usa still running ( sorry just got into this and just wondering )

  • @Random95Matey

    Yep.

  • I bet that goose took an arrow to the knee

  • his beanie is orange

  • I looked up 'The Office' on Youtube because I wanted to find a clip from The Office with Ricky Gervais in, you know, the ORIGINAL? This show is not "The Office", it is "The Office USA". America seems to take all good British shows like this, Skins and Shameless and call them their own. I don't get why you need an American version of things when you could watch the originals.

I do love America, it is my favourite country, but I don't really like this aspect.

  • @LegalVampire At first, yes. At this point, though, the original only has one season and the U.S. has 7+. So, still still arguing for UK Office supremacy is a bit silly at this point. For other shows, you'd get my vote.

  • And circle gets the square.

  • I'm English and I prefer the US version it is funny and I could watch the episodes back to back I did once try to watch the UK version I found it slow and boring but that is just my opinion :)

  • I love this episode.

  • What the hell? I've tried watching The Office in earnest, and I still don't fucking get what's funny. It's so damn dull and slow. It was like listening to a lecture on correct yardscaping equipment maintenance.

  • @razzlefrog you have to watch from the beginning! ive been watching this since 7th grade!

  • Oop, check out My Year if you fancy a laugh...giggity.

  • Trust the Americans to turn clever humour into something brainless and childish like this. This crap you call humour is a testament to your poor education system.

  • omg the boss in this series is awful...i wanted to punch him in the face because he was so annoying

  • @Shotcalm HOW DARE YOU.

  • The fact that the U.S. version outlasted the U.K. version says it all. And the U.S. version is being shown around the world esp. her in Switzerland.

  • @MrQuijadaj No it ended in the UK because Gervais didn't want it to outstay its welcome...

  • Stromberg is better....

  • Stromberg!!!

  • i cant get over the impression that the US boys have just watched gervaises office and nicked charActers and ideas and reproduced them in disguise...BADLY

    very unfunny

  • with ricky gervais and stephen merchant in U.K, U.K is just as good as U.S

  • I'm funny and I think this is British

  • ahh i love the office! i have a web series that is directly influenced by the office called "Population 94,000"...check it out and let me know what you think :)

  • jim carrel must come back to the office!

  • pam needs to stfu, shes just the dumb receptionist

  • FALSE! blackbear

  • @LilSquashie13 Thats debatable

  • and we shrutes use every part of the goose :DDD

  • I accidentaly ran over it. It's a christmas miracle LMFAO

  • FUCK HULU it's full of commercials .

  • hello guys im a big fan of both the UK ans USA ofice show but i never understood y micheal always hates toby did i miss an episode?

  • @Dsnipez18

no he just hates him i think because he thinks he's boring, Michael doesn't really have a reason for hating Toby

  • @Z0mbieS1ayer to be fair as HR guy Toby does tend to bring up objections (legality and that usually) to Michael's ideas.

  • @troublemakir

oh yeah, I suppose. I love it when he does that though, it's really funny!

  • @Dsnipez18 If there was a reason his way of hate will not be funny .

  • Stromberg ist lustiger.

  • haha

  • fish outta water approach, classic jim.

  • most normal thing ive ever heard creed say

  • "C'mon Dwight, we talked about this.."

  • Americans lost the plot of the office original office, it simply went over their heads, fucking idiots

  • @ScottishCaledonian This version is better because you can just watch it and laugh, in the UK version you actually have to think about it. Of course they aren't going to kee the same plot, they're different shows =/

  • @123FishCrazy When you watch the British version you actually have to think hard about it ?????

  • So much better than the English version. Why did Ricky Gervais even BOTHER to try and copy Steve Carrell?

  • @Lnemyt The American version was made after the British version dumbshit

  • @Lnemyt

I think that the UK version of "The Office" is older than the US one. So...

  • @Lnemyt And that's Americans for you!

  • @therockstone1000 Why does everyone hate America?

  • @crazymidget96 You kidding? I friggin love it! I wish I could live there D:

  • @Kanciapaa i think it's great too

  • Ok, wenever Phyllis said that they should eat it and creed said they shouldn't... I was like "shouldn't it b the other way around?"

  • First rule of roadside beet sales: Put the most attractive beets on top. The ones that make you wanna pull the car over and go, "Wow, I need this beet right now." Those are the money beets.

  • CREEEEEED

  • Instruction on how to butcher a goose, by Dwight Schrute:

Hold its neck back, insert the knife beneath the jaw, bring it all the way around. There's gonna be a good amount of blood. But don't let that bother you. Have a bucket there. For the blood, and the innards and the feathers.

  • DWIGHT, YOU IGNORANT SLUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Lol you
