  • can someone tell me how to change language on AutoCAD 2011 Italian to english plzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • whats a key fab ?

  • Cool but what was done here in 10 min, can be done in SolidWorks in 2 :) That's the advantage of a native 3D modeling software.

  • how do you change to a 3d work space ? i dont have that tab by the Autocad icon on the top right corner

  • Why do you need 2011 for this ? I can do it in CAD 2000. and it will only take about 3 mins and 20 secs.

They need to come up with more stuff. like the "push" sketchup. then Ill budge.

How cum such a small package (Only 400 $ by the way) like sketchup has really simple But awsome solutions for 3d modelling compared to AutoCAD ?

  • thanx

  • Can you show me another example like this video from scratch

  • Can you show me another example like this video from scratch, pleaz!!

  • I can't find the keyfob.DWG and I missed the part how to make a model a solid. Is there someone who could explain. Sorry for my bad english.

  • This is wrong way of creating 3D geometry !!!! ACAD should be only 2D application

  • WOW after 2 hours, i finaly make the complete key fob. I am learning.....

  • Hi, my question is how to fillet two entities that they are non coplanar. If you can make a video about that I will appreciate that a lot.

  • Wow, 2011 seems pretty powerful! So what is the difference between creating 3D in AutoCAD and Maya? Which do you prefer? I have AutoCAD 2011 and thinking of getting Maya also to create 3D, but do I need it for basic 3D models? Thanks!

  • Beautifull, excelent tutorial. all I wanted from autocad. No need 3D Studio Max (that I don't know) Thank U for this post. I have a question. I wanna export my 3D object to a STL file for cnc use. But I remember in older versions that it must be 3d solid only, and not surfaces. In 2011 can I convert surfaces to 3d solid? Or export to STL? Thank U again and sorry if my English is bad. (...Karadjordje, Serb from Greece)

    my home page

  • americans seriously need to switch to metric system...

  • Ok, i'm learning AutoCAD from myself and you're the first tutorial i try, but after only 0:59 second there is already a problem : Where did you get this (i can't even read it correctly) key????.dwg on a TCG (?) repertorie, on the 0:59 second.

    Thank you very much. :-)

  • hey do you know if ther is a why to save a autocad field from autocad 2011 to autocad 2008... plz help i need to do a school project and i have autocad 2011 and it would not opend in the class room wer i need to print my project...

  • @latapatia18 AutoCAD Fields should be backwards compatible. AutoCAD 2008 does use the AutoCAD 2007 .dwg file format, whereas AutoCAD 2011 uses the AutoCAD 2010 .dwg file format, so you'll certainly need to save the drawing down to the 2007 format. Another option would be to plot to a DWF and then plot the DWF in your classroom using Design Review (free & typically installs with AutoCAD).

  • when is this coming out?? please reply

  • @789prala AutoCAD 2011 was released in March 2010, and is currently available.

  • @789prala I have one available for sale. I have a full version seat.

I am asking 400 for it.

  • @pkrcardsfly1 Thanks, but no, beacuse I'm not a proffesional user of AutoCAD, so I don't need it that much. I only use ACAD for school.

  • rhino rip

  • cool

  • Awesome stuff!

  • @shobs76 Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video. I look forward to sharing several more before long.
