I think it's the Lizst Trasncription of the Beethoven's 7th Symphony. Normally, we play this piece faster, very faster... Because it's quiet hard ;)

@link1628 Bernstein's 7th became a theme song in a Japanese TV drama, and this slowed down version was a version used in one of the episodes, so I think a lot of Japanese people really liked it.
