The PassBack weight is the same as a real football. If you throw a spiral it will spiral back. It is a very simple design perfect weight distribution.

catching a football has a lot to do also with instinct and reaction time....catching with your hands is the easy part...knowing how to shield defenders away while catching the ball, and then snapping your head around to find green, then making your move to get some yac....i think it's the funnest position in sports.
