There is NO REASON to try to calculate someones BMR. There is no way to do that and frankly I don't think you understand what metabolism is to begin with. High protein/high fats are not good diets for losing bodyfat. Body comps of people who do high protein/high fat are consistantly the worst. They lose quite a bit of muscle with the fat. Metabolic Typing is very fraudulent science. It's been disproven time and time again. You're bodyfat is not that low Jeff, you're not teaching good fat loss.
