Also - just because "EVERYONE at some point" has been abused, why should there not be an intended stop to it. Should we continue on the same path because that's how it was before?

Cap; Of course I am not saying these abuses are ok, I'm saying that there are already laws in place for people like me, and school kids suffer more abuse everyday than homosexuals.(the reason for so many school shootings, evidence has shown that the reason these kids go off is they have been bullied) and I agree that everything should be done to stop this abuse, but it can't be done by passing another worthless law, we need to enforce the laws we already have.And try to change people's hearts.
