I'll second that;people put the decorations up before the walls have been plastered with nothing more than optimism as their safety net..And like murphy's law;if anything can go wrong it inevitably will..The banks were too busy saying yes instead of saying get out of here you scum.People who cannot save a deposit should of been refused strait away.i hope the banks pull the carpet from under all these "want it nows",who bullshitted their status to get the morgages in the first place!

I have always believed in the saying "if something looks or sounds to good to be true then it usually is". Poor people, and this is just the start of whats coming if the American economy goes down the pan. :-(
