He is right. Cardio is crap in the long run as if you can pack on some lean muscle, your metabolic rate is increased and you burn more fat through the entire day!
If you are spending a long time on your strength training then you are either doing to little work, and thus it might as well be cardio. Or you are doing too much and thus you are likely degrading your muscles.
i use his old book 8 minutes in the morning .. the stuff works tbh
