It's not fake. You just don't know what hypnosis is.

While influenced by hypnosis, you won't become a mindless zombielike slave. You'll be able to hear, feel and see everything going on around you.

What hypnosis is, is an extremely relaxed state of mind, causing you to be more susceptible to suggestions.

If someone told you to take a step forward without being influenced by hypnosis, do you think you would do it right away, and not think about it?

Just because you're under hypnosis doesn't mean you will do exactly as you're told.

You're more susceptible to suggestions, but don't necessarily need to follow them.

Hypnosis isn't brain wash. You don't magically hear better or get super natural powers.

So, the reason he said it was a green apple, is either because he really wanted it to be, or he didn't hear what Peter said.

Yes, hypnosis is very real.

In fact, everyone on earth undergo hypnosis averagely 7 times a day.

There are no direct danger caused by hypnosis.

There's been stories of people dying, but it has had nothing to do with hypnosis directly.

There's a story, where a policeman were given a fake gun, and was told to shoot someone, but instead of using the fake gun, he pulled out his real gun and shot the person.

I don't know if the story is real or not, but hypnosis is in no way dangerous in itself.

But again, saying that hypnosis is dangerous just because of someones stupidity, is like saying a gun is only dangerous because of someone else misusing it.

But the difference is that a gun is never safe, while hypnosis is.

The reason he said this is because in hypnosis people don't have to accept a suggestion and people percieve things differently in hypnosis than others do. Nobbi probably in his head, thought of it as a green apple even though the hypnotist told him it was a red one.

Buy hypnosis is really a state where you're acceptable to suggestions.

It's not like they gets forced, but they accepts the suggestions (against their will).
