I have seen her do Unsu from Shotokan. She also does shito ryu and goju ryu katas. Something very strange!

As I know, Shitoryu is located at Ho Chi Minh city, Phan Dinh Phung Stadium, they are called VSKA (VietNam Shitoryu Karatedo Association). But VietNam has developed much rapidly in shotokan and suzucho. Hoping it helps.

Yes, it's essentially the same. There are some other spellings too :)

Seyunchin is the popular spelling from Okinawa. Don't forget the English spelling is a phonetic pronunciation of a foreign word. So no exact spelling in English would be "right"!
