I wanna learn this style of guitar, but I've noticed it seems like you need one of those things on the hole of the guitar. Whats it called? I know its some kind of sound amplifier, but idk what its called.

@AlexBigD A sound hole pickup. That particular one is a Sunrise pickup I believe. They aren't necessary, they just make it so you can plug your acoustic guitar into an amplifier. Mostly for performances. But you can learn without one. Good luck :)

@gogators925 ok ? i've been listening to Andy, Dufur, don ross and more. and i must say Erik Mongrain easily are up amongs any guitarist. they are all awesome in their way. i do love this song though, even more so than Drifting by Andy. but you know it doesnt matter, they are both insane on guitar and i /salute 'em both for standing up and sharing their music with this planet :)
