  • Hey i want to be a body builder my upper body is getting there but ive started to get a flabby gut and legs. Would you recommend cardio to burns this off or just do weight exercise's? thanks

  • SUCKED,You need to do 10 set of 10 on squats to get your quads to grow,my quads measure 31 right now.I do 10x10 training and that`s it...

  • I would say squats for 3 sets and go heavy..then presses and hack sqauts again for three sets of ten ..dont forget to work hamstrings this is a basic workout..hope it helps Noel

  • i have naturally muscular legs--quads and calve, i just want to kow how do i add more mass to my legs? someone told me to do heavyweight presses, what is ur answer?
