  • Just the other day I was driving my RV and Shazam ! I thought would it not be great just to drive it into the LA river?....... NOT !

  • But will it blend?

  • My dad and mom butt one and its great this thing is worth $1.2Mil anyone that has the money should buy it. I'm 16 and im the one the one that drive it so i know that it run great its not like dirving my bently or my rolls R but its good

  • Just something else the 1% can waste money on , disgusting when people are losing their homes and being thrown out onto the streets.

  • @vince7748 And who gives a shit. They had the will/intelligence to get where they are..

  • @vince7748 so basically i shouldn't buy stuff because someone, somewhere, around the world is in a worse situation than me?

According to that logic, you should starve yourself to death, good luck with that.. now i'm gonna eat the last slice of pizza and enjoy a movie.

  • @MikeyZeov BEST REPLY SO FAR THANKS.

  • Terra is land right, so wind should be air so it should fly. How about Tera Agua, you guys should have figgured that out better...

  • put a helicopter top on it and then ill be impressed...lol

  • This vehicle is stunning. The Americans certainly know how to build luxury vehicles but this is awesome... land and water? wow . i want one!!!!:)

  • I bet people in flooding states would love it. Just float down the street, while everyones car is underwater.

  • I would love to drive ou8t on the water and see the look on peoples faces. lol

  • Amphibious vehicles have been built for years.

Why aluminum? this is a motor coach.

If you want to convert a vehicle to amphibious, consider a school bus.

Due to the nature of school buses the chassis and drive train are one piece bolted on with the bus portion riding high.

Removing the front and rear doors and relocating the engine to a water tight compartment is not that hard, plenty on you tube.

Figure on 10k for the mods.

  • Amazing!

  • $850,000-$1.2million it better be the best thing on earth

  • Wow.....why tow a boat!!

  • did anyone else notice that the road just leads into water??

  • @pitoms Of course it does. It's a slipway for launching boats!

  • @pitoms you have never had or seen a boat before right it a laucher for the boat to put your boat into the water

  • @thatdude701 o i dont see that stuff in ny lol

  • @pitoms honset mistake

  • The people in the back of that white one at 1:46 were feeling pretty wet, and not just because they peed themselves. lol

  • Put some Hamilton Jet pumps on the back of that thing!

  • Southbeachclassics has one for sale. but the company that started it first was the SPORT KING in the 80's

  • Southbeachclassics has one for sale. but the company that started it first was the SPORT KING in the 80's

  • just for the record im gonna say this. From exotic high speed train networks to even the most popular amphibious veichles.

  • The question is "will this thing run in the ocean", if so, then the next question would be "will it blend"?

  • "The question is "will this thing run in the ocean","

    no

it can only handle 3 foot waves and 40 miles an hour wind

(so much for taking it crabbing on "Deadliest catch")

  • They could sell so many of these things if they just took out all the useless fancy junk. It would be much lighter and cheaper. Instead of something that only a few people could afford, they could have made something a thousand people could afford, and profited MUCH more. Oh well, guess I'll just have to stick with throwing my '88 Lance cabover camper on a small Boston Whaler.

  • @supersnot4 i'm pretty sure thats just a show model, and maybe customers can personalize or request what they want.

  • lol as soon as i saw the door open i was like "i need one"!

  • THE WILD THORNBERRIES !!

  • it has so much potential but the designers failed

  • So...... anyone think of the wild thornberries with this?

  • 3:31 wtf. for 850,000 i would expect a better dishwasher then that

  • BROKENBUSH STOP WHINING ABOUT THE RICH BEING ABLE TO BUY HIGHEND PRODUCTS. You invest you life savings and time into a business or product and you can own some nice items. Im not rich but doing Ok and look foward to elevating my life. I hate people who whine and have their hand out and blame all their problems on the rich that they dont have a better life. Do something about it of shut up.

  • i'm gonna buy me a Volvo 1996 850...

  • I would like to see more futage of the rv performing in the water. I realize u cant water ski behind it, but just to see it in full house boat mode would be awesome. I was also interested, what if the lake became really choppy. How would the rv react?

  • 1) How could one dock this without causing damage? 2) Not stable enough; Especially traveling with several people which could be moving around inside. 3) Top heavy: Look at 3:05, notice the lean caused by the kids jumping off the roof. At 3:10, notice the slanted camera angle; The "Terra Winds" weight distribution is uneven. 4) That "rear-deck" is a wasteful space when its not being used. 5) Look at the small water-tight windows. You capsize; Can you escape? Pond boat only.

  • @rally240 4) So? Looks cool, and it's a good place to hang. 5) NO REALLY? I figured this thing could go trans-atlantic..

  • que lindo vehiculo sueño con un asi

  • lol

  • the front is ugly

  • hahaha I would bring people on it and head to the ramp and be like "WOAH, WOAH, WOAH!!!!!!.............AHHHHHHHHHH SHIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

  • Waouh! So beautifull. :o :) :D

  • Audio and video are not in sync. FIX IT!!!!

  • I enjoyed watching it on television. Save a few bucks for a buck.

  • retail price 3 million dollars a and a 2 year wait time

  • oh shit! I forgot i hit that deer a while back and when i ran over it the antlers musta punctured somthing cause now i'm sitting my rich ass on the roof in 10 feet of water.

  • wouldnt a motorbike jetski be pretty gay

  • i would crap myself if i was fishing and i see a RV MOTORING BY!!!!!!!!

  • this does not seem like a good idea.

  • No room at the campground? Park in the lake!

Seriously, though, the extending steps are kind of cool. And major points for the pontoons. I was half expecting the coach to drop a couple of highpowered boat propellers into the water at that point and go tearing around like an oversized inflatable.

  • lazy fat americans

  • @andicantgetup I noticed your profile said you live in America. If you have a problem with (Lazy Fat Americans) as you put it. Then you can just take your Ungrateful Big Mouthed ass back to your own country.

  • @andicantgetup no social security number havin immigrant

  • @andicantgetup

Yeah, we're so lazy we have the ingenuity to come up with a floating RV. Dumbass.

  • @andicantgetup I am sure with that attitude you don't own a car, cable TV, electrical appliances, computer w/Internet, cell phone, etc., etc.

  • Reminds me of the Wild Thornberries

  • Any one who could afford that monstrocity could also afford a Normal Class a Rv and a BAD ASS boat

  • I want 1 of those!!

  • Finally, a solution for a problem that didn't exist.

  • i want to know how this would do in waves

  • @StArFoX888DraGoN it can handle 3ft wave apparently

  • lol im working with a pop up trailer

  • it wont handle rough water

  • I have an idea!!!

that is installing long and light air tanks underneath both of sliding wall.

so when RV goes into water, walls are expaned, air tanks are also expanded cuz air tank is attaches to underside of sliding wall both.

there are two air tanks both side of RV and they are expanded !!!

so It's good to be balanced on the water.

Commonly there are storage trunk both side of RV,so there are enough room for air tanks ,when siding walls aren't expanded...

  • Imagine tricking people that you are on wheels underwater like a offroat truck.

  • Does anyone know if it can handle conditions other than perfect flat lakes? Like how would it handle a choppy river? Or floodwaters - that's when you'd really want it lol

  • @AusQuitzau Just watch The Wild Thornberrys.

  • shit thats off the hook i would love to have one of those.

  • GIVE ME A BOAT ANYDAY.

  • its to bad that it couldent have a built in water tight inside and act like a sub kinda in the middle of the RV have a parascope and back up genirators and run the left over power threw solar panels some how and little fins on the side above the wheels would kinda pop out and able to steer that big beast

  • so does any 1 knw if this thng is sea worthy??

  • thats crazy... I can imagine what it costs...

  • That's cool but I would be too woried to drive it in the water , + it looks unstable and a little ugly from the back , why put big props on it and on show wen u could have some hidden jets??

  • yea man running out of gas on the water would definitely be scary. No amount of paddling or home made sails would get you anywhere.

  • NO way is that thing seaworthy in anything other than completely calm waters.

I predict they'll sell 5, four will tip over sideways in a 10 knot breeze, and the other will never be used as a boat.

  • The could have done it with fiberglass and saved a lot of weight. SO what is the Gas mileage ? It dosen't need teak wood and granite counter tops.

why build it so damned expensive. SO only the rich can afford IT? I'm gonna biuld one out of my '79 winnebago. I'll just wrap it in plastic trash bags and some super glue.

  • Who cares what the mileage is rich people can afford it and you are poor trash

  • @brokenbrush lol let me know how that works out for ya!

  • @brokenbrush All the interior stuff is probably swappable according to taste and wallet size. It wouldn't surprise me if they had a marine fibro fitout option. See if you could get that bad boy up to cruising speed!

  • @brokenbrush post a vid of it sinking

  • @brokenbrush - Agreed, why build a vehicle for a target buyer when you can target a guy who would wrap an RV in garbage bags. Definite profit there oh yeah. This is built that way because ONLY the rich could afford to have it built right. It's been a year, how is your garbage wrapped Winnie doing?

  • sure it goes on the water but how bad does it rock when a big boat goes by?

  • Why did they call it a terra wind? Maybe a name that has something to do with water would have been better.

  • thats what im wondering mail me the price please

  • a fortuine

  • dude that is awesome lolll

  • im just afraid of going out on the water and running out of gas

  • that wood be frieting i wonder what would happen

  • @bomerman104 you ain´t gonna ran out of fuel in america ;)

  • billion dollard home

  • $750.000.00

  • Wow..I wonder how much?? :) Jack

  • Y do u stop the video at the end? Where's the full?

  • imagine boating out to scuba dive on a reef on one of these

  • they had one of these at a motorhome and they offered rides if interested

  • doesnt it tip easy

  • dumb ass.

    PAY ATTENTION TO THE VIDEO.

watch it again and look for the pontunes.

  • @JoshWhitaker87 What is a 'pontune'?

  • Could this be safely used to cross the Darien Gap?

  • The Terra Wind owns, but that commercial at the start of the video was something truly awful D:

  • This RV is way too top heavy to be able to withstand even the lightest wind on the water. Look at how the kids on the roof diving into the water make it roll from side to side. The side inflatables need to be much bigger and always out when on the water. Just get a large boat, it'll cost less.

  • fool, dont talk if you have no idea what you are talking about it is really sturdy and it was real windy when i took a ride in one out at the outerbanks in nc and it was rock steady

  • Well, if you say so, we'll believe you.

  • i want a Featherlite Vantare Platinum Plus at atotal of 2.5 millin

  • I've been IN IT! It was once featured at the Atlanta RV show and I still have the brochure on it. $1.2 million list price.

  • I tried this with my monarch I didnt put plug in

  • I love mine

  • I want one when I hit the lottery. It is 1.2 million.

  • good luck with that ;)

  • its like the wild thornberrys

  • that is the coolest rv ever think of the fun you could have freaking people out when you drive straight into the lake

  • Cool. Practical for some, but innovative.
