"KILL THE FATHER, FUCK THE MOTHER" he was saying that the father tries to mold you into someone he wants you to be. The mother yells you that everything is of and that you can be anyone you want to be. As he put it, he isn't happy woth the ways o the father, one shouldn't be what one wants them to be, you should be yourself and become your own person.

This coinsides with scripture in the Bible.I was reading what you said scwomanchangeling.I guess everybody might get a slightly different meaning from it,but it seems to me that he wanted to,"mount on wings as eagles".Howevr that is not the life of a saint it is walking and not fainting.First you have to prove that you can take the pain among other things.

is the way how he think, we cant follow all what he think or all his opinions, I supose that he would be glad that everyone that like his music or literature will have their own conception about life.

I had a friend in school who was so completely into Jim Morrison that in class we would pass notes where she would be 'possessed' by Jim, and she would write down his poetry, and exchange words with me as if she was channeling him. I learned a lot through her about the man, and his words beyond his music, and his history. This really takes me back to those days! And I miss my friend, she was violent, unpredictable and wonderful!
