The PS3 is the only system that can support the visuals like this. Xbox 360 would have some sort of lag or slow down while playing. And besides, the PS3 needs some exclusive stuff.

I doubt that's true...this looks like PS2 quality cel shading. Check out Dark Cloud2, or even(gulp)Wild Arms 3...they can probably do this game slightly dumbed down on a PS2. I don't see anything that the 360 couldn't handle.
