i'll tell you what. all your punches are coming with your feet so i don't see anything wrong with your foot speed. landing those punches will probably get the job done for the day na mean? you're doing lot good outside work with them mitts, good hands, but have your boy make you step in for some inside work. your leg leverage is good so get your inside game up. that's how you'll take em out.
