It's Hotei Tomoyasu. You can find this version on the album "hide Tribute Spirits" from 1999. There are a lot more hide's remixes there like "Scanner" performed by Luna Sea or "Misery" by Glay. And of course "Goodbye" played on the piano by Yoshiki...
