This was the only segment of the "Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series" to air on USA Cartoon Express (between 1984 and 1992). The other two segments -- "Touche Turtle & Dum Dum" and "Lippy the Lion & Hardy Har-Har" had aired on the Family Channel's "Augie Doggie & Friends" and "Toon Toast."
Wally was originally part of what was unofficially 'THE NEW HANNA-BARBERA CARTOON SHOW" (with "Touche Turtle" and "Lippy the Lion & Hardy-Har-Har"), originally syndicated in the fall of 1962. Each segment had its own opening title, and could also be "integrated" into local cartoon shows featuring a live host {i.e. WPIX-TV's 1962-'63 "CARTOON ZOO" in New York, hosted by "zookeeper" Milt Moss}.
