The Bible gave parental rights to the parents over the life of even the fully developed child (both of sacrifice or execute in capital punishment). Legally, Jewish law never defined human life (based upon the concept of the soul) as beginning before birth. Those are just the cold hard facts of the matter. Your guessing would be wrong. And of course most normal parents will love their children no matter how severe the hardship. Biology has programmed them to do this for the survival of the human race. But that doesn't either excuse or justify bad medical decision making based on superstitions from the middle ages, rather than the best medical advice for Parents.

"Premature babies" that survive are within the window of physical viability, which is approximately (approximately) 24 weeks. Some sooner, and some later. But none of them surive with out the "miricle" of modern medicine which basically wires them up like a computer, pumps them with chemicals, antibiotics, stimulants and harmones, and hooks them up to mechanic lungs that force oxygen throughout their system, all going on for months until they are actually capable of actual life on their own.

Vaccination against respitory infections (which result in suffication) for these premies runs $2000 dollars a shot which must be admistered every 2 to 4 weeks for years.Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and behavioral therapy are nearly always required just to rehabilitate the child up to the comparaitve grade-level of a retarded child. (And this is the BEST CASE SCENARIO if the child surives that long)

PS. And what i have posted here is only the half of it. Well inentioned doctors (who know the full trajedy of what faces the majority of these couples) often counsel parents facing this to abort the pregnancy, counsel for which they are mercilessly demonized by the RELIGIOUS-REICH. The RELIGIOUS-REICH however doesn't have to care for these children after they are born, and generally doesn't concern itself with whatever misery these parents will face the rest of their lives.

You don't seem to understand it doesn't matter what someone's "opinion" is. Until a physical body developes past a certain threshold of development (aprox. 24 weeks), life cannot be sustained even if you want it too. Skin tissue is gelatinous. Lungs are not functional. Brain tissue and blood vessels are not closed. And intestinal tracts are incomplete. Self-Consciousness is not present. It has nothing to do with "opinion", those are simply the medical facts.

The argument is made by religious leaders that despite the law, the medicine and the science, the Bible (a higher law) teaches abortions are "murder" and must prevail. The only problem is that the Bible teaches no such thing.

No actually, that is not what anyone is saying. "Murder" can only be done to "people" who have been qualified as such by "live birth". That is why you have a birth cirtificate that says "Live Birth" on it. You cannot murder a Spleen or a Liver or a Fetus, even though they all have cells in them that are "alive". They are not capable of life, apart from the body of the person they exist within.

If you think abortion is right because something is not called 'alive', you're ignorant. Where would you call the line of a baby and a fetus? Fetuses are the same thing, they can feel and have a heart beat and have every function a baby does. I feel that if you can't handle the chance of a child don't have sex. Adoption is an option that benefits the baby and people who cant concieve, unlike an abortion which only benefits a girl who probably didnt think before she acted.

The corruption of these texts has serious theological consequences, touching on the very nature of God, and even the gospel itself. So consequently when the false claim is made that the Bible teaches abortion is "murder", when it is fully known by honest and objective scholars to be a lie, which you can verify by simply studying the texts, and the history of their interpetation, it creates a serious spiritual problem between a person and God. They are turning God into a lie.

Jewish law (based on the Bible) for thousands of years, including during the time of Christ, had defined "life" as beginning at birth, not conception. It is only recently that the RELIGIOUS-REICH has made the claim that Neo-Traducianism equates to Biblical teaching (which it does not)

The Bible does not condemn "gay people", it warns sodomy is unclean and can result is dangerous illness. In primitive societies, this ws very dangerous, but even in this regard Homosexual acts are not "condemned" anymore than gluttony, and not as much as many other things. Sodom & Gomorrah was destroyed for attacking God's messengers, not for being homosexual. There is something that is called "even worse than Sodom and Gomorrah", the RELIGIOUS-REICH is in the process of making federal law.

"Sky" is metaphorical, and "spirit" is a broad biblical term that refers to a state of mind or consciousness. A "spirit of murder" is fanticizing about killing people, having hatred in your heart, etc. which you indicated on both counts you have. That "mind-set" will produce death, and it really will not need an "abortion" to do it. It's explained as Karma in eastern philosophies, but the observation that these things do create your reality is nearly universal, even now in Quantum physics.

"Birth" means "beginning", to "give life", to "become a living soul". Abortion is an non-sequiter in the Bible. It is not an issue. Immorality was punished by God with death both to the child and the mother, even after the child was born. Secondly, the Bible never gave the state the right of life over the child. That is socialism. It is not supported by Biblical text. Parental rights were absolute, even to the point of capital punishment & relgious sacrifice. So you need to get that straight. Lastly, the Bible never, defines "Nephesh" prior to birth. Not 1.
