a lot of people don understand this but these clips were created when naughty dog was origanally going to make jak and daxter the lost frontier back in 2005 ish, but they realized that a racing game would make more money so discontinued making that game and let high impact games create it years later when fans demanded another jak game. thats why jak sounds and looks the same and thats why these videos were leaked like 4 years before the lost frontier was being created by HIG.

Naughty Dog stated themselves that they want to bring them onto PS3... Hopefully we'll hear something this years E3! GIVE US JAK IV! Write to Naughty Dog BTW.

If you have played Jak and Daxter the lost frontier then you would no who that old man is. *SPOILERS* Ok not to far during the game you find the old dude living in a tree house on an island which helps you rebuild your ship since it crashed not to far away, he dousent remember his name because Phoenix (pirate dude) hit him over the head a long time ago and dumped him on the island. Through out the whole game no one knows the old mans name until the last cutscene where he says his name is Tim. XD

It could be that high impact games didn't want to higher him, either. he may only be in the main console games. Kingdom hearts Re: Chain of memories did the same thing with Kairi, since sho only had like one line.
