Even an RTS- (RTS have simple graphics when compared to a PC FPS) game on the PC like Company of Heroes or World in Conflict has ALOT better graphics than a first person shooter on the Wii? An FPS,which is the Genre where graphics are most impressive like Crysis or FarCry2, are examples to the limits a certain platform is capable of reaching. The Wii could go against the PS2, Game Cube, and the Original Xbox, but is outclassed in the "HD Era" of gaming. This video is a perfect example of this.

Games like Mario Galaxy was amazing and utilized the Wii to its full potential both graphically appealing and fun gameplay. The graphics were nice because it wasnt going for realism or scalability. It was cartoony in a way, like Team Fortress 2 art style,although TF2 has much better graphics than any title on the Wii, Wii should stick to Platform games, Not FPS's.
Have you played Metroid Prime 3? The controls are the next best thing to a Pc in terms of FPS games, it, of course is on wii. I say, control, fun and gameplay wise the Conduit will be a success. Ok Graphicaly the wii can't push anything realistic but it can still look good for the system.

Spent alot of time with metroid, its an alright game..BUT, the motion sensor again feels tacky and poorly executed, its an alright game, but id rather play something that has amazing gameplay AND graphics.. From what I can see, the game looks really good. The enemies move very naturally, as does the main character, and the visuals, while they won't realistically outclass the other 2, this could possibly be Wiis best looking game.

One of the main reasons I got the wii was because of the reviews.
When looking at wii reviews, pretty much everyone said AMAZING CONSOLE, but when it came to the 360, people would say good, then people would argue with that, so..That led me to the wii.

360 has been copying the miis, the wii remote and nunchuk and whatever they're planning to copy next.
Plus, the wiiremoteplus, will make the wii remote more advanced than, the sixaxis or about the same.
I think one of the other main reasons to get a 360 are the games, there arent many FPS games on the wii, hope when developers see this, they'll make more for this.

Also, never use sales to compare consoles, the wii is aimed at the widest spectrum of the population. So obviously it will have the most sales. Thats just common sense. The copied Nunchuk looks like a wiimote, only that that its cylinder and its got a joystick.
The 360 wiimote looks pretty much the same, most of the buttons are in the same place, its only a cylinder.
They both go together aswell, which I felt looked weried and hard to even move the thing like that, so the wiimote still does it for me.

But, again, I cant understand how people say that this game is not even similar to 360 graphics.
In fact, No-one has even said something positive about it yet.

The wii showed off its amazing new controller, while PS3 and 360 showed off there graphics.
Plus the Wii keep making new things, they're like the new willy wonka, e.g Wii-Fit, Wii motionplus, Wiispeak etc.
The 360 has mostly been copying, I wouldnt be suprised if they made a wii-board, they just made it a circle, and call it 360 board.

ok kiddo, ill teach you something about the wiimote, it uses infra red technology..which TV remotes have been using since the 80's..its merely been applied (poorly) to a gaming console, and Nintendo actually had a play at doing a similar concept prior to the shitty wii *look up the virtual boy*..the reason why the PS3 doesnt use it as much is because the PS3 doesnt need motion sensor to sell and make games playable plus sixaxis's bluetooth motion sensoring is better than IR used by the faggy wii

If you actually has a wii, then you probably wouldbt be saying that, there are many wii games which are close or are 360 graphics. (e.g Red Steel, Metroid, Super Mario Galaxy)

Spent alot of time with metroid, its an alright game..BUT, the motion sensor again feels tacky and poorly executed, its an alright game, but id rather play something that has amazing gameplay AND graphics.. For example, Uncharted: drakes fortune or MGS4..there is absolutely no need to have anything that makes up for anything on a game, thats a sign of an inferior product. and that is why the wii will always be inferior to the ps3 and 360..it just cant offer the same quality and experience

I've read up on it... conduit began to be produced in 2004 to rival halo yes, the graphics were a bit better but soon after halo2 was released with superior graphics and better game play and before your little brain catches up yes they have updated it since then but the only made it so it was compatible with the wiimote so pretty much you just got a broom shoved up your ass and broken off

Well since now we have Wii Speak there is no excuses on putting voice chat on The Conduit.

Voice Chat in the Conduit was confirmed a LONG ass time ago.
Anyways, the game looks awesome. I can't wait till it comes out.

It probably will be going to the UK because it's one of the Wii's biggest upcoming games.
And yes, 16-player online and Voice Chat (via WiiSpeak) has been confirmed. 16-players is what they have it running at right now, but who knows maybe they will increase that number.

From what I can see, the game looks really good. The enemies move very naturally, as does the main character, and the visuals, while they won't realistically outclass the other 2, this could possibly be Wiis best looking game.

Looks... generic. I don't see what the big deal is. I mean, sure, it's a ground up shooter on Wii, but... eh. Mabye I'm wrong. I do praise the company though- doing something like this takes guts.

yes it maybe overhype if u have a 360 a system that full of top class shooters but if u a wii owner like me u excited because its finally a shooter that make great use of the wii mote with great graphics to boot. i can see why some 360 owners may think it looks genric though im still excited for this though. not to say u are a 360 owner

I actually own all three buddy and I'm not a fanboy I am just saying it's overhyped, and there are plenty of games with much better graphics on the wii.
I am excited for dead rising on the wii, now that deserves hype.

This game has nice graphics and nice movement and shit ( at least looks like that) . I mean, admit:P Battlefield 2 and Call of duty 4 would work with the wii.. CoD4 dont need kick ass graphic! The makers of CoD4 can just lower the requirments ^^ Not so dangerous :P

Looks like a mix of Half-Life, Metroid, and Area 51. Im loving this game so far!
Hope the story is good, and the game isn't "sexist" (all men for characters)

this looks so cool. I have been a big fan of the old first person shooters like perfect dark on the 64, red steel was good but the sword play was like taking a disrepectful dump on the wii. now we have it the one and only game of the day so far. oh I forgot metroid prime. it also rocks. hopfully nintendo wii publish Conduit. then they will be flying high in the shy with me. oh shit I have been smoking the good shit again. cheers all and goodnight

in the original trailer, there are a lot of different environments. so we know one of two things:
A) the levels are raelly long
