Yeah that't right, don't show the wolf eating the calf alive that is not what the pro-wolf folks want to see becuase it isn't quite as cool to watch prey scream itself to death.
Turn off the sound and stop the tape before the real show.
wolfcrossing- You got that right. The wolf lovers do not see the struggle an animal puts up as it dies.
What I don't understand is how a wolf killing my stock is supposed to be just a part of nature but when I kill a wolf its just to be greedy. I need that stock to live. They say I can just go to a store and buy my food, what they don't understand is that I am the one that puts the food in the stores.
Well, they probably go right through the barbed wire in places or on steep mountainous areas with boulders and deadfall timber that the wire has to span long distances between posts because there are 100' drop offs.
Actually, these wolves were not here first. These wolves are transplants from Canada raised in captivity and then released. We spend appropriate money on fencing and maintain our fencing. We do what it takes to keep our animals on our side of the fence. The government should do the same.
I love wolves and know the animal that the wolves attack suffers and fights. But sometimes the wolf suffers the animal could have horns and stab the wolf then the wolf dies so both animals can suffer.
I don't have a problem with farmers killing problem wolves, the same with coyotes, bears, cougars, lions ect provided it's not endangered like cheetahs,i know even ones that kill livestock can't be legaly killed because they are so rare wolves aren't
Around here dogs are a huge problem as are raccoon and coytoes,no wolves here

that way your stock can live and the wolf can live...
