  • i bet its like diving a 2 wheel bus

  • Seems kind of pointless to be hunched way over in a sport crouch on a slow ass bike like that .Might as well bolt that engine into a fatboy frame .

  • My friend's '00 Audi A3 TDi is doing 145mph... though sounds very similiar because of freeflow exhaust I made him.

  • Sounds like a 4 cyl...

  • very interesting project sir. big engine = big torque = big power = very very good.

  • Where's the video on the salt flats, to make it official?

  • wow he really cant change lanes !!!

  • diesel rulezzzzzz! ;D

  • its not why, its wow! he did it because he could. having a bike that no one else has makes it unique and ultimately, an unidentified rolling object! ;)

  • good form guys, i like it, fuck everyone who hates, its still a bike, quit crying cus you dont have the ability to make something this cool... and yes i do have motorcyceS 1: 1976 Honda Goldwing which i personally garage built to a cafe racer and supercharged it 2: 2004 GSXR 1000 stock, and my lady has 2005 CBR100rr, so dont bitch that i dont know what im talking about, i absolutely LOVE motorcyces

  • @Snake22789 exactly, two wheels is two wheels. any true motorcycle entusiest would enjoy a piece of art. id love to have something that literally nobody else has. motorcycle customs are art.

  • Nafťák !

  • handycap bike and video ever

  • The stinkest way to die ^^

  • What engine was used?

I'm thinking you might have used a VW TDI in that thing, but i'm nut sure if the tranny would fit.

  • seriously people we can all see its ugly and that its slow but give the guys credit, its a cool idea and its not like they have a shit load of money, keep the bullshit to yourselves

  • i fucking love it.

  • It does beg the question, why?

  • @CORNABY242 Why build the world's fastest biodiesel motorcycle? A lot of reasons actually.... to set a record, to prove that biodiesel is a viable fuel, for the fun, for the challenge and prestige.....

  • @tomsepe What was your base engine? Whatever it was it is too "lumpy". Take a look at the VW Golf 3 cylinder turbo-diesel and a bit of streamlining. Back in the 60s a workmate (OK he was a fairly small guy) owned an Ariel Arrow motorcycle. It was a 250cc two stroke twin. The bike had a bullet shaped fairing that you could get into and it would do 100mph with ease. Later he bought a new Triumph Bonneville which was 650cc, very disappointing unfortunately, too much drag.

  • @CORNABY242 where would we e as humans if we never pushed the limits?

  • because he can!!

    @CORNABY242

  • Nice try. Mark my words, there'll be a Market for Diesel bikes especially with tourers. These bikes do 100+ mpg. They'll have to be styled to look more like normal bikes though. Electronic controlled injection equates to higher revs & faster speed.

  • very ugly

    555555

  • that must be the gayest looking bike on the road. I love diesel power, dont get me wrong, but the whole think about building a bike it the engineering to make something beautiful, and fast. Form and function. This just looks like a motor with 2 wheels attached, I would not ride that down the road if you paid me lol. Now, if they desinged a high tech diesel that fit inside the plastic on a sweet looking bike, that would be cool. Probably get 100 miles per gallon too.

  • It seems rather pitiful that they did all of this and geared the bike so that it only reaches around 130. But, atleast with the diesel they'll have the torque to haul trailers and go 130, I guess.

Also, I wish they had this on a dyno or something, I just want to really hear the bike.

  • nice work! vehicle engine?

  • FAILED !!! They miss the whole idea of real biking....now dump that forklift and get real bike...

  • @JOUMABLIKSEM They've got "real" bikes too... but this one was built to run on biodiesel and to race in the desert... was never meant to be a daily rider. it was also built on a small budget by a crew on enthusiasts in their spare time

  • @tomsepe Admirable project but look at a bit of streamlining and less weight please. Back in the 60s in Worksop England there was a lad who really took the piss out of our moped laws (a moped can be no more than 50cc and has to be capable of being propelled by pedals) He got an Itom 50cc road racer and put bicycle pedals on it as well. The cops weren't very happy with it as it would do 80mph but it was all perfectly legal. In those days most cars could only do 70 though Jags were OK!

  • @tomsepe Just great..... pls post the next one.

  • diesel = torque, torque = acceleration

  • this is high speed ? looks boring . 125mph is nothing o0 my old mitsubishi space runer . runns 120mph o0 whit a 1,8liter

  • @Eisi yeah but does it run on biodiesel?

  • Why would you do something so pointless??? There are plenty of 4 cylinder diesels out there that would have proven a far more effective power plant for a bike. This was idiotic at best.

  • I would love to see Boss hoss make a ford 6.0 powerstroke with a banks system

  • i'll blow that thing away with my KLR 650 hehehe!

  • Iam impressed they used the BMW 4 cylinder to throw into the bike :D

  • the only market for diesel would be a 6-700 parallel twin that got 60 mpg and lasted forever thats it otherwise bikes will always be gas

  • ncie bike!! i meant the one with the tourer with the sidebox..yum..

  • there is no point

  • Interesting but what is the point of it?

  • It's like a car on two wheels, what a beast!

  • OK in a straight line but it doesn't want to go round corners.

  • Yeah I wish it too. At least it sould be 80 or 85mph limit in most of freeways

  • why cant america have an autobahn highway?

  • autobahn = highway in German.

non limited speed on few German highway sections is an other thing .

  • thats what i mean is why cant america have a highway with no speed limit. like in nebraska or something where theres nothing to hit or anything

  • im american and ill tell you why. Americans arent responsible enough. You cant even drive on a speed limited road without idiots on cellphones and minivans running you off the road. Or driving waaaay below the posted limit in the passing lane.

  • i guess thats true but are germans just some responsible master race? no.

  • @jtmarsh82 yea, i can vouch for that! im american as well, and ill be one of the first to admit and agree!

  • @geeksquad2

    There are Montana.

  • the limit there is like 90mph though.

  • Negative, johnsenkenn. Montana has a speed limit of 75 on interstates. They did away with their "Reasonable and Prudent" speed limit over 10 years ago.

  • I know that americans don't like diesel very much but in germany it's preferred by many people and you can buy turbocharged diesel motorcycles with over 100hp and cars above 500hp aren't a problem either... I love the torgue - p.e. my VW Golf has 250NM at 1900rpm, 105hp from 1,9 liters and does about 45 miles per gallon...

The only better thing on normal fuel is the sound

  • i like the sound of diesel engines ..

  • Nothing wrong with diesel ! Diesel can be just as good as Petrol. Its just ugly coz they wanted it to look that way! got nothing to do with the type of fuel!

  • holy shit its gas

    it comes out the earth

  • its not gas its a oil.

  • nothing all shit on two wheels can be called "bike"

  • I suppose this is very heavy and unstable bike...

  • wow that cool its fast for aDiesel bike.

  • Diesel is cool compared to electrics.

  • ur in the san fran bay area..

  • Looks very Uncomfortable to Ride.

  • why someone build bike with diesel engine? ugly piece of shit

  • I would ride the fuck out of that thing. ugly or not.

  • That has to be the most uncomfortable ride ever!

  • thats the ugliest thing ive ever seen

  • ITS MADE FOR THE SALT FLAT LAND SPEED RECORDS god don't you guys know any thing or just how to run your mouths IT may be ugly but has broken records at top speed salt flats ;D

  • why would anyone build such a shit looking bike, i would like to see him turn that thing doing 80 k per hour

  • ugly ass bike

  • Well, as any other concept-shit, would never be used on urban streets. Go on Jetsons!

  • OMFG thats crap sry

  • no I agree with pyhap2ev, wtf is that? and 125 just about every bike on thte market can do 125...

    diesel?

Who cares make an electric bike.

  • sinuga ühel meelel.. =)

  • podre

  • as the title says "test run" i would not be taking a "test" bike over 100 never mind 120, i like living

  • mean machine!

  • please watch this it is my sister: The next American Idol or the next Airport Piano Bar singer!

  • what size diesel engine is it and what size turbo

  • @ p3rfo3..

I agree.. it looks FUGLY AND UNCOMFORTABLY

  • lol robotcop bike

  • I love how loud the turbo is

  • im impressed. though i wouldnt pull a stoppie on it!

  • that thing wouldn't be any fun to ride. looks so uncomfortable

  • LOL. That Extra-LWB makes that bike impossible to ride here in europe...

must be feeling good 'though: As for the fuel economy.

  • LOOK UNCOMFORTABLY WEIRD AND FUGLY

  • pateros86

  • 40 mph on the interstate

  • no, that was 120mph. If you listen to what the guy said in the vid

  • that looks goofy as fuck

  • how you call this a MOTORCYCLE?=

  • it has two wheels and an engine.... that is what a motorcycle is

  • please..it's bigger than a PICK-UP!!! ahhahahahha

  • its still a motorcycle

  • hahahahahha but just think about it, it's so UGLY and ain't got agility.. it's a shame.

  • its got a bmw engine in it

  • sa déchire grv

  • da asco

  • Is that a BMW V8 diesel mounted on a bike chassis?

  • wow thats power

  • Cool! Turbodiesel motorcycle

  • Amazing!

Diesel is the future, look at the Audi R10 race car!

  • u have a valid pointe
