  • It's time to update this video to correct the showing of tap water use - tap water has been found to not be safe to use. Seriously folks, brain infections, use filtered water only.

  • IT'S NOT A WARM SOOTHING FEELING. IT BURNS LIKE FUCK.

  • @Singforlife000 -- if it burns, your not using enough salt, or way too much salt.

  • Wow this is weird but this sinus infection killing my voice Check my page for my music :)

  • Oh wait, I remember this on RWJ. XD But I came here cause I'm sick. ;)

  • Tap water? Bad choice...

  • Wait a minute......this is a ploy to make me exercise!!!!! It'll never work. DAAAAAAMMMMM YOUUUUUU Neti Pot lady!!!!!!

  • I used one of those and ended up with a massive sinus infection. Never again. Especially when some place is called the "Himalayan Institute" that is in Pennsylvania no less. Himalaya ??!!?? In Pennsylvania ??!!??

  • This is snot funny, people!

  • why do all hippies sound like this? every hippie has the exact same tone of voice!

  • ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • CHUG! CHUG! CHUG! CHUG!...wait, what the hell are you doing? My genie is drowning, NO!!!!!

  • It's like an enema for your nose!

  • I bet she likes to party

  • If you fill the netti pot with water and cocaine...you become Nicholas Cage

  • What lovely snot you have!

  • Look at her gaze!

  • I watched a lot of videos before I decided to get brave and use mine. I did mine in the shower to make it more comforting, and wow! I absolutely can't believe I was so scared to do this. I have done it once before, when I had corrective surgery for a deviated septum (but ha...it's still not perfect : ( ) Anywho...this is sooo effortless and if you do it right you wont even notice it!! I'm so proud of myself!

  • @NakedAndLaughing so am I of you. I am about to take the jump, I have trusted Aryuvedan medicine and techniques and never regretted it. Let's see :)

  • So.... weird....

  • What's the difference between using this and a small teapot?

  • @xbbjaix A tea pot is not made to be jamed in you nose!

  • I snort in warm water from the shower spout when I'm showering. It's a little uncomfortable but it works.

  • "use the correct amount of salt to prevent discomfert." Meaning "If you don't use the correct amount you are in SEARING PAIN!"

  • Wut?

  • my eyes hurt like hech when i used the neti pot. what does that mean? i used warm water and the neti salt but my eyes felt like they were gonna explode.

  • Alright then... so when do I put my Dick in?

  • ULTIMATE TOE TOUCHING!

Yeah right..I have a double sinus infection, I can't even stand without getting a huge headache/head rush. No way I could be doing those exercises.

  • looks like Bieber!!!

  • Oh Neti Pot....

  • good instructions..thanks

  • that lady is so freaky lookin!

  • So when.........do i put my dick in it

  • LOOOOL THE EXERCISES, AND THE LADY.

OMG I CANT STOP LAUGHING, AND ITS BEEN 14 MINUTES.

  • @wildfirelise mmmmmhmmmm

  • lol!!!

  • LOL

i literally rofl'ed when i seen the lady

  • she has some butch ass haircut

  • @dansei27 It's cute on some girls.

  • @bilbomarks Key word: "some"

  • @claire0rockz Yeah. I suppose it doesn't fit her head shape very well.

  • Really hard to look cool using a Netipot. Damn, she's smooth.

  • These things work. Especially after a weekend of blow, lol.

  • I would not suggest yoga with a sinus infection. Nope. The woman in the video is perfectly healthy. Show someone with a sinus troubles and sick using the neti-pot.

  • This is about the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

  • The neil-med sinus rinse works so much better when ur congested. I tried this but the water never came out cuz i was so blocked. Then i tried neil-med and felt instanly bettr. Because its a squeeze botle, you can always squeeze hard enough to get the water though. For anyone suffering from sinusitis like me, you must try takin nasonex and doing this once a day. Its the perfect preventative system!

  • DYKE

  • I just use the stuff called "Ocean Spray" from Walmart, Walgreens, etc. It's a saltwater spray that works wonders!

  • Anything to get more sodium into us.

They used a short haired dyke to demonstrate. I thought Betty did all the demonstrating on YouTube? haha "In this video, Betty demonstrates how to turn on the tap" Fkg Betty and her demonstrations.

  • @stevec5000 wat happened to u was that u were prbly congested to the water had no wherw to go. Try blowing your nosw before u use it next time. That always happens to be but it also comes out my eye

  • I tried that but instead of coming out the other side, all the water just ran down my throat and I can't tell that it did anything at all. What could be wrong?

  • @stevec5000 keep your mouth open and keep breathing through your mouth constantly.

  • I wonder how much she was paid for this...?

  • I've heard this works wonders.. I'm going to try it

  • what happens if you sneeze?

  • @canaanyarden you explode

  • wow a neti pot also helps lose love handles

  • you guys are corny as hell with your responses

  • I tried this with a tea-pot and hot Green Tea. I still have no nose hairs after 3 months, but I can breath better through my nose as I killed all the nerve endings in it...

  • Comment removed

  • @khaos526 ROFL

  • Oh Lord I have this severe sinus infection in my left cheek and upper teeth. Seems to be accompanied by vomiting...might have to try this lol

  • she looks so focused imma go do this now :O

  • Part 2

By doing this in the shower, standing up with your head up works best.

Having hot water hit your head and sinus area is great too. And massage

your sinuses and if your eyes are sore that could be the real problem.

Use acupressure on your eyes and sinus area.

  • I use an ancient Chinese tea pot with a long long spout.

(use the nettie pot if you can't find a Chinese pot)

I use sea salt and baking soda (teas each) and very warm water.

It works best in the shower twice a day. I don't just allow it to run out

of the other nostril I suck the water up my sinuses.

This helped me with my sinusitis when nothing else worked.

Musinex D also helps. With me one tab or two a day.

  • @Bandtrip50 I agree that the key to really cleaning the sinuses is to gently inhale the water up into the sinuses, hold the water there for a bit, then let it drain out. It can sound unappealing, but having constant sinus infections is much worse than a simple preventative daily routine like this.

    Goodbye cortisone and antibiotics!

  • ahh this wasn't tooo bad...

  • this iz how Ellen Degeneres got her big break...

  • fuck the knicks

  • Feels like you're drowning, but it does work. And the relief is instant. And natural. Anybody suffering with sinunitis needs one of these.

  • Lol :D , 0:24 , I want one ;D

  • After cleaning her nose. She was able to do a big line of coke.

  • i recently bought one of these neti pots .and i only wished i would have heard of them sooner , works like a charm .

  • haha, she is pissing from her nose!

  • if i didnt see this on a new agey commercial i would this this was some sort of redneck trick.

  • I LOVE the Neti pot.

  • As we can see, it works great for robots...

  • @pyookface I was thinking the EXACT same thing and was about to type it. I scrolled down, saw your post and laughed my ass off.

  • @pyookface or people with a robot brain

  • that sounds like Mrs. Miller

  • Neti pots are great if you are allergic or sensative to cigarette smoke - clears out your sinuses fast! Take a little practice, but it's worth the effort!

  • I think I would drown...lmao!

  • Shes rockin that Spock haircut

....from supercuts. as hip as you wanna be.

  • I just ordered one of these things. Every winter I get more stuffed up than the previous winter. I've heard good things about the Neti Pot and can't wait to try it. I'm sure it'll feel bizarre at first, but if it clears me out, it'll be worth it.

  • ....oh goodness

  • excellent.

  • DIS SHIT WORKS MIRACLES LOL

  • I had to be basically forced to try it, but my sinus pain went away immediately on the first use!

  • This actually works, I have alot of sinus problems in the winter and now I can actually breathe. It makes me feel alot better.

  • Yoga in the WashRoom, what next?

  • this is not yoga, its ayurveda, science, netipot method was found in ayurveda in kerala, india.neti means forehead in malayalam.

  • 0:24 : lol I just noticed, RoboLady

    was M.I.T. involved?

  • Whenever the weather changes drastically I get sick. It's now snowing, thus I have the cold/flue. I watched this yesterday and just about gagged while watching it and I told my mother I would NEVER try it and so do not bother buying it. She got it last night.

I didn't get a wink of sleep last night because I had so much sinus pain. So I got out of bed and broke down and tried the Neti Pot. It works. I can breath! My head isn't throbbing. The first few tries feel odd, but stick with it!

  • WATER SHOULD NOT DO THAT IN YOUR NOSE

  • I'm totally buying one of these tomorrow.

  • loooool wtf

  • LMFAO 0:24

  • hahah

  • the product is fine but this woman's expression (or lack of one) always cracks me up.

  • i laughed at my mom for months when she told me she did this, tried it once and was hooked... make fun of it all you want, you really don't know what you're missing.

  • How do you know its a lady?

  • gera1690 and LadyLeesa...you must be very young as you are surely ignorant. This is highly recommended when you come home from being out in public and (along with gargling with salt water) can kill off the flu bug if you have it residing in the tiny hairs of your breathing passages...sheesh...smarten up!

  • Just kidding!

  • We don't have a neti pot, so we just use the gravy boat!!!

  • LOL

  • i done this for the first time tonight and was really disappointed because it took so long for it to work!!! but, after a lot of patience, it finally worked - i washed my sinuses - can't wait to tell my yoga teacher - he'll be so proud!!!!

  • I loled at tis

  • Lol yea, you're probably right. I'm still having issues using the neti pot though...it's really important to make sure the salt is fully dissolved, apparently, or else it will burn and the airways will close up.

It also helps to make sure your nose is totally clear before you start using the neti pot, or else nothing will happen..so it's kind of hard to even start using it if you're stuffy 24/7 like I am D=

  • i am random. i hope your leg gets better. call me before 2:45. luv ya k bye

  • LMAO!!! the way she bends forward and tilts her head all robot like is really creepy! ....reminds me of the exorcist of something =X

  • Ok now.

I do like the neti pot.

    I really do. Works wonders.

    I've used it.

    But THAT?

    That's just creepy.

  • she looks excited using the neti pot

  • lol @ 'the award winning video'

  • I've had good results with it, though there are times when I've tilted my head too far forward and had some water hang around in there for a while. But when I have done it correctly my sinus headaches have immediately gone. I use just plain non iodized salt, don't need to buy their special salt.

  • This shit is wayyy harder than it looks!.

The way the water was pouring out of her nose all nice like a little nasal stream looked nothing like the salty, watery gobs of mucus drooling out of my nose and mouth. Shit's supposed to help you breathe, and all i feel is the leftover water in my nasal cavity because my nose got SO STUFFY that the water flow actually stopped and i was just pouring water into my freaking face.

I'll give it another try sometime, when I'm up for round 2 of self-drowning.

  • lmao

  • do you breathe at all while washing your nose?!

  • O_O

  • HAHAHA the toe touches....lol

  • WTF

  • HAHA WTF!? i was looking or tool damn you

  • this lady makes me think of the NPR sketch on SNL

  • gf: 'why are you watching that....OMG!'...

  • Laugh all you want - this product rocks!

  • i seriously laughed at this for about 5 minutes.

  • what is better the sinucleanse bottle or the netti pot?

  • Neti pot

  • hahahha who else thinks the toe touches are ridiculous haha

  • Learn how to pronounce, woman!

  • robot

  • fukkin saved!

  • uh... its so gross... I WANT ONE!!!!!

  • i want one

  • Dancing Spiderman, lavage la nez today? That doesn't sound good. Thats more laundromat talk, not bathroom talk. I like douche the shnazola better.

And so how are the plants doing anyway? R their sinuses okay?

  • In all seriousness guys, this does help clear the nose and throat of lots of nasty slime that most people just wallow around in all of their lives taking strange chemical substances to relieve themselves when a good salt water nose douche would do the trick for cheap. I use a baby nasal syringe from the Dollar Store myself. And I am such a snot-free happy camper. Also no more hay fever or sinus headache. Try it you'll like it. But don't forget to blow. And wipe.Snot no longer rules!!!! ya.

  • HAhahaha.... "douche".

Yes, I know, it is a correct word for this process.

I have used the word "lavage" but douche has a certain, umm, connotation... (snicker-snicker-guffaw)

I gree -- I used to have nonstop yellow-green snot nasal infections due to I have NO IDEA. It doesn't matter anymore. I douche my nose with the neti on a daily basis. No more painful nasal proglems, no more stuffy nose.

The video lady snots up her floor..."paper or plastic, sir?"

BTW, I water my plants with neti H2O.

  • uh, that 'nasty slime' is natural

  • not when it's red, yellow or green - red snot indicates blood in your mucus, yellow is from old infections (successfully fought), and green snot indicates a potentially serious sinus infection which if it gets in your lungs can cause pneumonia....

    natural uninfected mucus is clear....

  • and I thought the wonder boner was bizarre....

  • What's with her expression? She looks like a member of Heaven's Gate with those Marshall Applewhite eyes.

  • LMFAO

  • This i how the americans tortue prisoners in guantanomo...or used to :D

  • Surfur Dudes also do this to themselves -- they call it WaterBoarding, dude...

  • I have done this only three times and I can't stress how important it is to breath only through your mouth! This video only seems to mention it in passing.

  • hey pscheroeter56

And how could you possibly breathe from any other orifice? With water streaming from a piece of ceramic or stainless steel shoved up one nostril and water flowing out of the other nostril how could you possibly breath from anything other than your chocolate chip cookie hole? Unless you had chocolate chip cookies in it while you were douching yer runny little nose. Anyway, just askin'

  • The reason I mentioned this is that breathing through you mouth BEFORE you start pouring closes the flap in the back of your throat so you can avoid the slight gagging sensation it might produce.

I've done this for two months now and I really can feel an improvement in my breathing and I think my allergies are a lot better.

  • Commercial lady:"...enjoy the warm sensation..."

    Me: .....are you serious???

  • This system helps one to greatly reduce the number of sinus infections.

  • The strangest shit I ever saw in your nose since Total Recall!!!!!

  • when you grow up and start getting serious sinus infections...you will think that this lady is gorgeous! And her little pot, too!!~~~

  • This is the best Neti technique I have seen on You Tube so far. I teach yoga for past 26 years and use Neti daily. The instruction is clear, easy to follow!

  • AND CREEPY

  • its the T-10000 the all new terminator ...

  • hahaha LISP

    and that lady is creepy...

  • LOL DOIKE!!!!

  • robot......
