In my opinion Ho-oh would be better at battling because of its attack power and its sp.def. Lugia's attack power isn't very high at all and to be quite honest, Lugia is only good at walling other pkmn so...really when you hear someone say "I love Lugia, Ho-oh is stupid!" Then that just means they only like it because they saw the movie 2000 =\

Srsly people don't chew this guy out because he used a Master Ball to catch Ho-oh. HE is the one playing the game not you and last time I checked, the reason why they give you the Master Ball is to catch the game's version Pokemon which is Ho-Oh in this case so sthu.

No, after you get the last badge, go to the Elm's lab, then go to the Tin Tower.

I saved in front of it (after the ritual) and i get different natures every time. So, yeah. You can just save in front of it and fight it over and over to get whatever nature you want.

I'm not sure about shininess, though. It will probably work the same way, I presume.
