Nobunaga Oda is the one who united japan, i find it odd that hes not in the game

@gothicspiderman While Oda Nobunaga got the ball rolling, it was actually Tokugawa Ieyasu who unified Japan. Though I agree, they should have him in the game regardless.

@sirasa100 Nope, it was Tokugawa Ieyasu. Look it up. Toyotomi Hideyoshi (Just like Oda Nobunaga) were major players in the unification of japan but it is Tokugawa that is credited.

vassals do count as part of your empire but it is not wise to have too many of them. start holding regions as your own because in vassals, you don't have direct control over what they build and you don't get the full income you could if you took the region for yourself. plus it's not like the vassal is good for anything besides being a buffer, they just sit there and may or may not join your wars.
