Homeowners often do better work than the "pros." Pros are forever shortcutting
procedures and, basically, it's not their system, so who cares? Infiltrators have been around for 25 years and have a very good reputation. This isn't rocket science.
Good Luck with those infiltrators,,,,did a repair on my bro-in-laws infiltrator leach field,,,his was done without using stone,,it was a sand material,,,the sand was so pluged from the liquids the 3-40' trenchs would not drain any more,,when the infiltrators where ripped out they were almost completly filled with, sand and sediment ,,Liquid would no longer permiate!!,,,Replaced with good old stone and pipe, filter fabric on the trenchs,,Good to GO !
are you guys just homeowners that rented the machines? Or did you get operators to dig it. The guy on the excavator seems like he has used one a fair bit, they take a bit of practice. If he's just a homeowner then props to him for some good operating.
Yes we did this as homeowners, The guy on the excavator is my brothers friend who works for a landscaping company and knows how to operate an excavator very well. And yes we rented the machines
Most Definitely i do. It is very easy to install and works great. we did it ourselves and according to the inspector did it better than any contractor that he has seen.
