Particle board will stacked properly will make the weakest of Honda Accords seem like a b@d@ss. Congrats on the 1200 pound grill guard to protect the Ford big pimpin'....I am 100% positive the standard grill on a 2010 Dodge will handle the particle board just fine without needing the guard but you sure did make my wife feel better about her Honda!
my 1994 explorer has a custom built bumper and guard that I built in a welding class in school. I haven't destroyed anything yet with it, but I'm sure it would.
They certainly not for looks. I've owned FabFours, one of the shittiest, and i have many friends with the All-Pro junk bumpers. Road armor did have some serious customer service problems, but their bumpers are top notch. They are among the best in the marked with regards to quality. I smashed a tree at about 45mph and not a dent or twist to the frame. Road Armor kicks ass. Especially the ass of FabFours.
Road armor bumbers are realy just for looks, they are a bit tuffer than the Ranch hand bumper replacments, but because the road armor bumbers are so strong, they have apsolutly no give to them at all, my friend had one like that on his ford, hit a 4 inch tree and bent the frame on his truck.

that turbo sounds awsome.... i was think about gettin an x-wheel for my 2000 7.3, but decided not to cause i kinda like the flutter you get from the 7.3 with a 5 inch exhaust...... sounds like a Cat with a flapper stack on it.....gotta love diesel power!!!!!!!!!!
Just so you guys know, as good as it is having a heavy duty bumper to protect your truck's front end or rear, it is also a bad thing. Because they are so strong, you will have to be traveling at a much higher speed than normal for the airbag to deploy if you are ever in an accident. I don't know about you, but I would sure hate to run into a tree at 60 mph and the airbag not go off.
Actually you are wrong. The airbag has nothing to do with the bumpers. There is a monitor that reads G forces. If that force is exceeded in a crash the bags deploy. So, bumper or no bumper, your airbags will work.
Do it again! Do it again! that is frickin awesome! i want that armor on my tundra!!

Good job....you broke plywood with a 9,000 pound truck. What did you expect to happen? Did you really think it would damage the 3/16th inch steel?

I would never put a bumper on my truck, it ruins the grille.

My Aerostar could do that without a second thought.
