Ah the Kara's bridge! What really strikes me now is how for you could see in this game! In WoW, max clipping distance is still very short which makes the game feel small and cramped, even in big open zones. In EQ, when you entered zones like this or the wastelands in Velious, you could see for miles and see dragons and giants etc in the distance as little specks and watch them fill up your screen as they got closer. Also, the music rocks! It's like oldschool RPG music

my fondest memories of eq was twinking my low lvl toons hardcore and running around and watching people inspect me and drooling over my gear :D

tried all games that were possible, but nothing compares to EQ...really nothing. Its been 10 years and I can't get passed by that memory and that feeling EQ brought...

yea, i think eq classic is funner and more challenging then wow, i mean u can get to the max level in WoW in like 3 days, cant do that with eq classic
