I am so sad for Israel and so ashamed of my government for sallying up to Holocaust denier Mahmoud Abbas in the vain hope of "peace in the middle East". Just a more dressed-up version of having Arafat sleep in the Lincoln bedroom.

israel has the power over the west bank and gaza. israel controls the borders and the checkpoints. if israel wants peace, all they have to do is follow through with a plan.

That is why the PA has been educating their youth to be shaheed ever since the PA was established in the 90s.
Israel has done enough self-inflicted damage .
When the Palestinians are ready for peace let them beg for it, until then it's war.

the palestinians just want to be treated as humans. that is all they want. after the 48 war, the palestinians became israel citizens. after the 67 the remaining palestinians became military prisoners. the solution is easy. either make two separate states or one binational state.

mrgrieves9876: Your statements aren't accurate. Much of the liberal propaganda would like us to believe them, but evidence shows the opposite. By-and-large they never took Israeli citizenship. Both in 48 and in 67 they went to absurd "refugee camps" that, unlike any other refugee organization in the world, were never to be dissolved. They don't want a bi-national state and peace, but war till the Jewish state disappears from the face of the Earth.

Peace with "palestine" cannot possibly "work". They don't want a border with Israel, but Israel's borders. The only difference between Fatah and Hamas is that the former agrees to the salami tactic, and the later wants it all at once.
