  • wtf 5 pushups for each cone? we had to do 5 pushups for ONE shot we missed. And we're a GIRLS team..

  • man you just kilt the workout with the energy drink you need powerade. decent workout but you have to go throug the dribbling drills as fast as you can.

  • good concept..I like the pushup drill after the shot... and the cone drill  I think you should had practice before u did this vid,but in all i got it...if im the only person that has to be positive...oh well...keep it up

  • ahhhh come on guys, I just threw this together real quick. I am a much better shooter than this. I hadn't shot a ball in like a week and was sore from working out. Nonetheless, it was a pretty pethtic shooting performance..... HI Haters!!! =)

  • first, your feet must be shoulder width appart, not staggered like yours, but even... ok? second, you dont have good lift on your shot... all that throws u off the balance and thats why u shoot at low %... push-ups or weights incorporated in training.. hah!!!! forget it! do weights in the morning!!! i give u 1star man!!! do better next time u post!!!

    your arms are not getting enough reps to do anything for them.

    I do around 4oo pushups a day and its working for me, sets of 20

    and that energy just ruin that little workout

  • Its a good workout, but ending with a Rockstar is probably not the best idea.

    Don't get me wrong, I personally love Monsters but energy drinks are definitely not good for you if you're an athlete and drinking more than one a week will increase your Vitamin B intake about 3x your recommended amount.

    I'd probably suggest more pushups.

  • lol i agree..but more pushups wont work..i mean,drinkin something like an energy drink messes up the whole point of a workout..maybe water,or flavored water would be a better choice.

  • Why won't more pushups work? Hes only doing 5 at each station. 25 total from the shootout part. Plus a couple extra ones from dribbling exercise.

    I like the elevated pushups though. I'm in the military and once you can do regular pushups with ease, the elevated will help you that much better. You can use a chair to do these or a bench somewhere.

  • i thought u was suggesting more pushups to decrease the Rockstar drink(like to burn the calories off the drink)
