first, your feet must be shoulder width appart, not staggered like yours, but even... ok? second, you dont have good lift on your shot... all that throws u off the balance and thats why u shoot at low %... push-ups or weights incorporated in training.. hah!!!! forget it! do weights in the morning!!! i give u 1star man!!! do better next time u post!!!

Don't get me wrong, I personally love Monsters but energy drinks are definitely not good for you if you're an athlete and drinking more than one a week will increase your Vitamin B intake about 3x your recommended amount.

Why won't more pushups work? Hes only doing 5 at each station. 25 total from the shootout part. Plus a couple extra ones from dribbling exercise.
I like the elevated pushups though. I'm in the military and once you can do regular pushups with ease, the elevated will help you that much better. You can use a chair to do these or a bench somewhere.

that workout is basically pointless
your arms are not getting enough reps to do anything for them.
I do around 4oo pushups a day and its working for me, sets of 20
and that energy just ruin that little workout
