@tomdijkos probably, they seem to be under the delusion that people never get shouted at in a real kitchen. Ramsey learned under Marco Pierre White who by all accounts is way worse than Ramsey, he's been through this himself. If your boss at McDonalds yells at you, you'd probably hit him or walk out. If it's one of the best chef's in the world, it's probably worth it to keep your mouth shut and learn something like Gordon did.
