hey I have the guitar part down but i have problem singing and playing at the same time anyone has any tips? A friend told me you just have to practice strumming rhythm until it's like 2nd nature then u just sing along...then I also read somewhere you actually have to know the notes and of the lyrics and what u are playing on the guitar and match them :S

your friend is right but there is a little more to it than that, you need to know both elements with out even thinking about them. when you get that it will just happen, takes time and practice but you will get there, start with a simple song that you like that has a basic rhythm section, play until you can do it without looking at the fret board and keep trying to sing it. you will get there.

Just keep trying! you'll get it. I find it helps though to really think about what syllables you're singing on the up and down strokes, and practice problem lines a few times once you've worked out exactly how you have to play it. Be methodical when you have to, the rest of the time just cut loose and go for it :)

I'd say a stum heavy song like this, definitely want to focus on the getting the strum down first. I find the chords pretty easy. But once you try to strum properly and sing...takes practice. Other Queens songs have much simpler strum patterns (go with the flow, gonna leave you, avon). I like those too
