There are so many things wrong with the way she does this it's ridiculous. She butchers a nice cut of pork, her knife skills stink, she doesn't even use the fond in the pan to make a sauce. Why FoodNetwork? Why? Why do you get these talentless hacks? Nothing about that looked appetizing.
